“This is the first time I have worn a wig. I started to lose my hair following the menopause. I was quite nervous & apprehensive about wearing a wig, as I thought it would look strange & people would laugh at me. However, I decided to bite the bullet & brought my first wig, Infinity Mini Petite, Cafe Glow. It took me a while, trying it on & styling it, but eventually I wore it for the first time on my wedding anniversary. It felt very strange having lots of hair, but the result was great 👍. My husband thought it looked good too. I now want to buy another one, but will make an appointment so I can see & try the wigs before I buy again.”

“Without Simply Wigs service and range of products it would be virtually impossible for me to interact in wider society in the way that I do on a daily basis. The range of hair styles, colours and lengths is excellent and I do change my look from time to time. This results in a double take from people I see regularly. I never explain that I need to wear wigs - it was a shock when my hair fell out and this feeling is still personally residual. My only critisism, Simply Wigs, is when you write 'thank you for your patience' when an ordered item is going to be delayed. Those of us who are long term customers would never leave an order to a critical stage - there's back up in my store and well worn items for running and swimming. Keep up the good work - I know it's Wednesday and Friday when the weekly emails arrive - the right frequency and always something of interest”

“I am just starting my journey with wigs and still haven’t found “the one”. I currently have a topper which perfectly blends with my bio hair, but I am losing more hair on top and finding it difficult to have something to grip hold of. Simply Wigs customer service is off the scale. I can’t express how helpful and understanding they are. I’m awaiting my second batch of orders and hopefully they’ll be “the one” in there! However, I’m sure if it isn’t, Simply Wigs are going to let me return and talk to me again, give great advice and let me order some more. They understand how important it is to get it right and are so understanding and patient. They also have customer photos, which I find so useful. Hopefully I’ll be adding mine soon! Thank you 🙏🏻”
