“I ordered light brown eyebrow transfers. They arrived on time but they are dark brown and I don't like them.”

“I recently purchased a hair topper in Harvest Gold. The topper that arrived looked nothing like Harvest Gold, it was almost black !!! I spoke to an advisor and she said send it back and we will refund the money. I asked if they could let me know if the topper had been sent in the wrong shade of colour and she said it would be looked into and someone would let me know. When I received an email saying my refund was pending I again rang to ask about the colour, explaining that I was now hesitant to order because of the mix up. I received the refund but still have not heard if the colour sent was the wrong shade. Feel disappointed because I also sent a note with the returned topper asking for clarification.”

“I didn’t feel the eyebrows looked and felt right. I found them too dark and didn’t show the definition I was expecting. As soon as I moved they cracked. I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing these out.”

“I was really depressed by this piece. Raquel Welch usually so reliable you can wear them straight out of the box.Cut and colour both sub standard and slightly frizzy, hopefully my hairdresser can fix it. It did have 25% off but I wouldn’t be tempted to buy cut price again sadly.”

“I emailed simply wigs after purchasing their eyebrow tattoos as I was dissapointed in the product , firstly the brown colour was far too dark and secondly the tattoo was shiny on the skin . I was expecting better quality from a wig company. Sadly I had no response from them. They do nit accept returns for this item , I can see why so they are now in the fancy dress box as didn't have the heart to throw away .”

“Bought 2 headbands for holding wig secure not as good as the last one I bought from you find it very soft with no hold onto the wig Ffor the first time since I started using the band type my wig went back very disappointing I would like to return them if possible. I presume you have a different supplier now not good at all”
