I recently purchased a hair topper in Harvest Gold. The topper that arrived looked nothing like Harvest Gold, it was almost black !!! I spoke to an advisor and she said send it back and we will refund the money. I asked if they could let me know if the topper had been sent in the wrong shade of colour and she said it would be looked into and someone would let me know. When I received an email saying my refund was pending I again rang to ask about the colour, explaining that I was now hesitant to order because of the mix up. I received the refund but still have not heard if the colour sent was the wrong shade. Feel disappointed because I also sent a note with the returned topper asking for clarification.
