“I recently placed an order for a cotton head covering. I was due to attend our son’s wedding & required a navy blue soft head covering. Although no indication on the website, many of the items were out of stock. Eventually through email correspondence with the staff direct I placed an alternative order. The item was stuck in customs in Germany, but eventually the item arrived & it was ideal for the wedding with its floral trim & comfortable to wear all day. Thank you!”

“Completely the wrong colour wasa sent. The description mentioned ashy and blonde neither of which were in the wig. They responded about colour resolution on computers etc but I photographed in daylight and used almost new iMac and you should see from the photo what I mean. They refused to return my postage of £3.95 but 'because I was disappointed' returned the outgoing postage of £1.95 as they have access to a business rate. No need to use them again with that attitude and I found cheaper wigs elsewhere. Foolish decision for them for the sake of £2 as it made me look elsewhere.”

“I ordered numerous heavy items including shampoo and conditioner. The packaging used was insufficient and the parcel arrived ripped. It was lucky that the contents did not fall out in transit. I would prefer more substantial packaging to be used please instead of a paper envelope.”
