“Company is excellent. I would have given 5 stars for the scrunchie, which is the best out there....always too much hair on them to look realistic for a head which doesnt have much.....this was just right. Only thing is that the elastic which would go around my pony tail is too thick and hard to fasten it securely, even with a claw because of the thickness of the elastic. All in all tho, the best I have seen anywhere.”

“I really like this wig. The smart lace is really well made and makes the wig look real. The hair is soft and doesn’t tangle easily. I got mine in a dark brown/black and usually with darker wigs it’s harder to hide that they’re wigs, but on this one the smart lace fixes that. I liked it so much I’ve bought another.”

“My experience with the company: "Simply Wigs" was good, but the wig itself does not look like the one on the model. (so far, I've not received any that has.) It is much, much too full, too much hair(fibers). It has been forty years, or so, since I have been to a salon to have my hair trimmed. I have been wearing wigs that long, and before, what was then referred to as: "wiglet", now "toppers", so I will have to find a hairdresser to thin and shorten, more expense.”

“I ordered a wig from Simply wigs, process was very easy and it arrived quickly. The box it arrived it was very discreet which I appreciated. I could tell instantly I’d chosen the wrong colour when I opened the box so I decided not to keep the item. I rang customer services for a refund number which they gave instantly with no issues. I returned the item and the money was refunded quickly. Fantastic customer service and I would feel Confident ordering from them again”

It's just like having your own shopper. choosing a wig is not easy and Simply Wigs have so many styles to chose from which makes it even more difficult, but you are not rushed and I appreciated their honest opinion and advise. if you make a mistake exchanging and refunds are dealt with Quickly.
