“I wouldn’t use any other company now. The packaging is perfect, customer service is extremely good and every purchase feels special. Added to that there are some really good offers and claiming VAT exemption is as it should be - hassle free. Thank you for making an unpleasant condition like alopecia feel ultimately easier to manage.”

“I purchased a Christine sun cap. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but good communication helped. The hat arrived, beautifully wrapped. The label stated “grey” as ordered, although the colour seems more beige to me (?). However the shape is great, kept the sun off during recent trip to Italy, so I’m happy!”
