“the part i ordered didn't arrive within time scale indicated then had to email co. who suggested i should have paid for a tracked delivery!? In fairness to the Co. once i chased them they dispatched another one which arrived within the time scale. otherwise all good!”

“The fridge part was damaged in transit. I've used it anyway because I can't be bothered in sending it back and all the hassle. So, disappointed with that but that's life. Otherwise everything else was smooth.”

“The help in identifying the shelves was really good along with ordering the replacement parts. Unfortunately, one o f the lugs on the shelf was broken and the unit was returned for a replacement.”

“Apart from a slight issue navigating the web site the process was generally quite good. Communication to confirm the part was correct for my fridge freezer was good. These days we have become accustomed to next day delivery or at least a quick delivery. This just took a lot longer than expected. But when it came it was the right part, good quality and, I believe, good value, so all in all am very happy.”

“Ordered bearing kit for my LG washing machine to find they were too small. These were 67mm and my size was 76mm. Would be good to have measurements of bearing sizes on the web site. Thank fully Kenneth gave me a link to the correct size. Now machine running lovely.”
