“The product looks great. I bought from UK Whitegoods as it said that it could be fitted by one of their engineers. however, i haven't been able to find one to fit it. so it still remains in the packet waiting.....”

“Own a ISE10 1606w which has been great for 10 + years. Circuitry board needs replacing. No return policy explained toUKWG the symptoms and proceeded to buy based on their view good chance of success. Fitted it myself Machine now working as if new. Great someone is still holding these parts . I reckon it would cost £1300+ to replace the machine with an ASKO of similar quality. Chose fast delivery. Part came in a few days”

“Choice of parts online was very good and easy to find the correct part for my appliance. Dispatch took a couple if days, but the part was received within a week of ordering, and was a genuine manufacturers part as expected.”

“Part arrived very quickly and as expected and the price was good when compared to other providers. Would have given 5 stars but the communication wasn't great until the part actually despatched and a small brief of when they expected to depsatch would have been useful.”

“I ordered the incorrect part as I was guessing which seal I needed. On enquiring I was told my blender was obsolete. So kind of the email operator to investigate for me, but it would have been good if the website brought it up as obsolete before I ordered.”

“First-time user of UK Whitegoods site. Ordered a replacement extractor hood charcoal filter, decent price, slightly disappointed at the quoted delivery date, (which was the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars.). The delivery was still later than indicated, (9 days to deliver an in-stock part seems to be excessive in current times) but at least now with a new filter installed we are back up and running without warning lights. No problems with quality of part.”

“Part supplied (compatible Miele washing machine drive belt) was not a direct equivalent. It did fit and is doing the job, but I feel it would have been better had it been made clearer that this was a 5rib not a 6rib polyvee belt, just in case others did not wish to compromise as I was prepared to do.”

“Purchased a bottle shelf from UK Whitegoods which was delivered 8 day’s later. The shelf I ordered was an original Bosch which fitted my fridge/freezer perfectly. No problems encountered with my order, so if I need another item I would have no hesitation to order from them again, well pleased..”
