“I needed an element and oven bulb for an old Britannia range cooker. Very helpful staff meant success with the correct element, unfortunately the wrong bulb arrived which blew after switching on the oven. I will request further assistance re the bulb and future requirements.”

“Although there was a few issues with getting the item from the EU. As soon as this company received the item it was posted to me and arrived within 2 days! Also I wasn’t sure on what part it was, so I sent a picture and they helped out. Fast responses, amazing communication and the product fits perfectly. Thank you UKwhitegoods!”

“Ordered a brand new Smeg A2 Rotisserie Assembly. Order was slightly delayed due to Covid, but overall a great service - very responsive to emails and prompt with updates. Very competitive prices - got an original unit that was ~40-50% cheaper than others.”

“The pump took longer to arrive than stated, we paid for a next day express delivery; appreciate it was in the Bank Holiday, but after the BH it still took a week before the part arrived. you owe me for the cost of an express delivery.”

“Hi enquired about a part for 12 yr old dishwasher. Replied very promptly and with knowledge i was looking for. Unfortunately the part was for a Hotpoint so notoriously expensive for what is is ( lower basket ) so did not purchase but no complains about the service from kenneth”

“Delivery stated 3 to 8 days waited for a month before I had to cancel the order. When emailed just got its on its way in the next few days Phone lines still not been answered due to Covid ??? Need to introduce working from home like the rest of the country”
