“Very helpful in identifying the part needed, but still waiting for delivery, it’s been a while even with the Covid difficulties. Just found out the part was not sent or it has got lost and they are sending another. Again very nice and helpful staff but no delivery yet.”

And Brexit as that part isn't held in the UK, it needs to get here and sadly as we do very clearly warn, there are delays.

“Contacted UK Whitegoods as I needed a pump and door seal for an old Hotpoint washing machine. Can fault the service, they went out of their way to get the parts to me next day even though they were hindered due to the lockdown restrictions. Highly recommend.”

Uh huh, for a small part ordered on a weekend with non-urgent free delivery over the Christmas period in the middle of a pandemic with Brexit woes on top... yeah, that wasn't gonna be quick. And it wasn't a month at all, ordered 19th, processed 21st, sent 6th January. If you take out the holidays, that was actually pretty fast.

“Good swift feedback to confirm the part I ordered was not in fact correct , and advise on which correct part I needed was given . The item’s delivery is still awaited but it is confirmed as being in process but delayed due to COVID restrictions etc.”

“Ordered a replacement inlet valve for a Bosch dishwasher which took two weeks to arrive but that was down to Covid and delays in the system. Part was a direct replacement for the original.”

“I contacted UK Whitegoods following my Elica hood not functioning. Kenneth was extremely helpful, and advised to switch the motor capacitor in the first instance, rather than swap out the motor. Having done the switch, the hood is now working perfectly, at a fraction of the cost of a new motor and / or hood. Thanks again to Kenneth.”
