“When I was initially looking for a replacement draw I emailed the company as I wanted to make sure i was 100% ordering the correct item, I can’t fault them for getting back to me promptly. I then ordered the item and paid straight away. I received confirmation of the order on the 10th of January with the expected time frame of delivery of 13th- 21st jan. I have rang them but due to COVID are only using emails. I have since sent 3 emails containing my phone number and a message using the online form. Stating I would just like to know what is happening to no reply. I have been checking my online banking and the money has gone out my bank. I think is extremely rude to not even get a reply just to acknowledge that A they had received my emails, and B to put the customer at ease. As far as I can see I’m x amount of money out of pocket with not even a sign of anything turning up”

“Having previously bought some supposedly genuine Liebherr door handle hinges which were total rubbish, I was keen not to make the same mistake again. Whitegoods advised the exact part for my fridge freezer and I was glad to find they were genuine and that Liebherr had improved their sturdiness - obviously a common issue. They arrived on time and were easy to fit. Very satisfied”

“,1st class service , the filters I ordered were not initially in stock due to brexit/ pandemic problems but white goods quickly informed me of this and advised a projected delivery date .The filters arrived before this date and were the type supplied by the cooker hood manufacturer also were well packed . Will use this firm exclusively in the future .”

“I wanted a replacement lid for an old magi mix and your response was very helpful - a little disappointing that the part is no longer stocked but an alternative was suggested (and bought with the helpful link sent). Not arrived yet but very satisfied so far!”

“At present I still haven’t received the goods, I was never issued a procurement reference notification, I have check my account and the monies have been taken out this is the only evidence I have of our trance action. At present I’m not sure of my rights but I’m looking into this. Michael scott”

You've not received the goods from us as, so far as we can see, you've not placed an order with us or made any payment for anything. Which kinda explains not receiving goods. And there are no rights at all on something that's not been ordered or paid for.

“Very efficient and good communication. Ordered parts for my Samsung washing machine and the parts I received were the correct fittings ei: spider/ ball bearing and seal kit good quality products from Italy that surprised me. Now have a working machine against. Thank you the White goods Team. Gary”
