Item not arrived as yet, they did notify me it was out of stock and would dispatch it when in stock, will leave it a few weeks and try ordering it elsewhere if it does not arrive.

Wouldnt waste my time fixing anything again. Bearings for a washing machine should come separately instead i had to buy half the drum at alot more money. Also the 3 silver arms on the back of the metal drum which are bolted on, therefore seperate they said is only sold with the metal drum. If thats the case then why are they bolted on and not welded on?? Money making company and i wont ever be using there service again 😠🤬

Order was as requested but it took 5 days to reach me even though I paid extra for courier service. This probably reflects more on the courier than Whitegoods. Otherwise all ok.

wouldn't recommend these, the clips are miles too small so they do not even reach the holes in the oven frame so over all product is useless. Rubber is ok but the clips are not fit for purpose

I recently purchased a Cooker Hood Lamp Cover from you that eventually turned up after 9 days - Order #1000358550. Now fitted to the cooker hood, it makes the remaining lamp cover, show it's age. Accordingly, I would now like to purchase a second lamp cover as recently purchased. Are you able to accept my approval to use the same credit card details against this second purchase ? Definitely worth shopping around to have found UK Whitegoods. So much better priced than several others I looked into and actually had the parts I required. My only winge would be the delivery time timescale. Order was not forfilled/processed after order for a good 4-5 days, this then compounded with a slow Postal Service (not company’s’ fault). However, overall a good experience.

UK White good was one of the only retailers that stocked a one-piece oven seal, the "trim it yourself options" that most suppliers stock looked poorly made to me. The price was great at just £18, it claimed to be a genuine part but arrived in a clear bag with no branding so not sure about that one. However, the quality appears to be fine and it fitted perfectly with no fuss so all good. The negative: The item took 7 days just to despatch which is extremely poor by today's standards. Once the courier received the item it took just 3 days to arrive. Looking at Trustpilot reviews this is common practice, and in many cases, it takes longer. On the subject of reviews, the replies that I read from UK Whitegoods were very argumentative, unprofessional and full of excuses often blaming the customer for the whole situation. This is very poor practice. Guys if you want to be successful and taken seriously you need to get a grasp of the reviews and act on them to improve.

It is a genuine part, it can only be so as there are no compatibles. Parts are not like ordering stuff from Amazon, we access over 20 million parts at any given time and they are often not held in the UK, only the top few thousand tend to be hence the time. That is now slower due to Brexit but also the time of year, neither of which we have any ability to do anything about. And as to answering reviews, we tell it like it is truthfully. Most people appreciate that but for those that do not, well, sorry, but that's how we are and we can't change who we are.

Product supply ...very good. Does the job. But I wanted a second item and can't believe you have a recorded telecon message saying you do not answer your phone ! Something very Irish going on in Kilmarnock?

We are all online now, since the pandemic the offices were closed, we all work remotely and that suits what we do much better. Phones are slower and less efficient to do what we do.

Sorry, but we do not supply machines, and most assuredly we did not supply the machine that you own. We only deal with spare parts. You may be a little confused there as Electriq, the brand of machine you have, we have nothing whatsoever to do with in any way other than, if we can find parts for them, we'd supply them. In your case, sadly we were unable to help.

"Tracking" doesn't let you track. Just tells you that the parcel has been "dispatched by Evri". No tracking number. No info.

First item I've bought from the company. Was led to believe items required (filters for Elica hood) would be the same/ similar. They're not but not worth the time/ energy to return as not expensive

Maybe don't use the free shipping option then, which is stated to take 3-9 working days to deliver on. Which is clearly stated as best suited for non-urgent items. Especially so on a 3-9 ETA part anyway so, three days minimum.
