“Delivery took over a week, poor really when obviously you need the part asap”

Maybe don't use the free shipping option then, which is stated to take 3-9 working days to deliver on. Which is clearly stated as best suited for non-urgent items. Especially so on a 3-9 ETA part anyway so, three days minimum.

“Paid for the fastest delivery and they sent it via total mail!! This was around the time there were strikes, surely they should have picked a better method. Fortunately the kitchen installer who needed the part came back free of charge to fit.”

“We've always bought our spares for our washing machine over the years and couldn't fault the service until recently, when we ordered a part, only for the order to be cancelled. We looked on your website to see if we made a mistake and saw that it was cancelled because you more than doubled the price of the original item we ordered. When that part goes on our machine, we are going to have to do some soul searching as to whether or take the hit with buying the part, or buy a brand new machine.”

Sadly, that is an increase by the maker, not by us and also sadly all too common at the moment in this econoomy and we expect much more of it as the Pound collapsed and most parts are priced, from factory, in Euros or Dollars. Meaning that many prices are very volatile at the moment and all this is completely beyond our control.

“I was pleased to find the thermostat I needed listed on UK Whitegoods at a reasonable price, but having ordered it, delivery took about ten days. Possibly more because it was so long I'd forgotten who I ordered it from so could not chase it up!!”

“Ordered a drawer for my freezer but it was the wrong size so emailed them with a quick response telling me I had 14 days to return the item . The website doesn’t show you any different types so I had no idea I ordered the wrong size”

“I ordered a part from Whitegoods and paid for it. The following day they refunded my money with no explanation. They then doubled the price of the spare. They never honoured the price they advertised. Not good service!”
