“I gave 4 star because you were the only company that had the part. Unfortunately you told me it was the wrong part but I bought it anyway. If you want to improve your service just check the part dimensions with those supplied by customer. Also a quicker dispatch would also help Thanks for asking”

“All went ok. Urgently needed pump and(not urgently) dampers for old washing machine on a Thursday. Sent a couple of query messages over Friday but by then was too late to collect that day. Went to Kilmarnock to collect Monday but pump wasn't oe one I wanted. Another was ordered for Tuesday but supplier didn't send it with order.Went up on Wednesday and collected ok. Bit of a faff but anyone I dealt with in person or online message were all very helpful and apologetic. And the price is right”

“They had LED bulbs for an old cooker overhead light. Delivery date was a wide window of dates. Bulbs arrived a day after the forecast window.”

“The part, for our washing machine, was exactly what was needed and solved the problem we were experiencing. It would have been better if we had known that the part was special order and not a stock item, as it did take a bit longer than we expected to arrive. The price was very competitive, compared to that which my plumber tried to source. The courier delivery was initially aborted, and it does seem that an effort could have been made to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.”

“Ordered a part for my fridge to complete repair work, website quoted 3 to 10 days however part arrived 12 days later. Would have been helpful if there was tracking information available. Other than the longer than expected delivery time the part was as expected & works perfectly.”
