All went ok. Urgently needed pump and(not urgently) dampers for old washing machine on a Thursday. Sent a couple of query messages over Friday but by then was too late to collect that day. Went to Kilmarnock to collect Monday but pump wasn't oe one I wanted. Another was ordered for Tuesday but supplier didn't send it with order.Went up on Wednesday and collected ok. Bit of a faff but anyone I dealt with in person or online message were all very helpful and apologetic. And the price is right
