“the ordered item arrived in good shape albeit a little later than expected - it was as described and is now installed and working fine - thanks I had the request for feedback based on my enquiry, this was to ask "where is my order and can you provide tracking number' I never got a reply and the item appeared one day, it was delivered but sat outside the house all night as i had no idea it was there ...”

“Although I received the incorrect parts when I notified UK Whitegoods they immediately answered my email and sent out the correct parts together with a return posting label for the wrong parts. It was unfortunate that the incorrect parts were supplied but they rectified the error speedily and with no expense to myself.”

“Your response to my enquiry was on the whole reasonably quick then it all went haywire you passed it over to the delivery firm and it took them over a week in real terms to deliver to me. It could have come from China and i would have got it sooner but taking everything in to account the overall service seemed to be adequate though not brilliant.Thank you”

“Hello UKW Team, As I type, Royal Mail has informed me that my spare parts package has been cleared and is on its way to my address in Australia. From my first inquiry to now, ULW has administrated the Rosieres spare parts procurement with professional attentiveness to detail. “Uk Whitegoods performed well, despatching my item promptly. Unfortunately their courtier Evri managed to deliver the package to another house in my street (not a next door neighbour) despite the fact that I was at home when delivery was made. No attempt to deliver to my house, no card left at my house. Unfortunately the occupants were away on holiday for a couple of weeks, so 0/10 Evri.”

“Very good customer service - quick to respond, valuable advice on spare parts and helpful in sorting out some delivery hiccups. I would suggest to put timings against delivery options so that customers can make a better choice.”

“Delivery arrived after apx 9-10 days. This was with no delivery fee and no tracking service. No complaints. Not sure how it was delivered or post or courier as was item was left outside my flat door/indoors.”

“After looking on loads of websites for the part Whitegoods came up trumps, just what we required. This is the second time we have used them and they get it correct both occasions. Delivery was slightly long but Post-Brexit we understand supply chain is difficult.”
