“Enquired about a fan motor for my oven. The part number was not recognized on the hisense website. You found it from the photo i summitted to you. However you said it would be a week to deliver. In the end i found a service engineer who had the part and fitted it the next day.”

“I've used UK Whitegoods on several occasions previously and when I can't find what I'm looking for myself the techy guys will always scour the database to find what I'm after. The items are great quality even if not original brand and so far I've got nothing but good things to say about the products. Service, packaging and delivery are brilliant.”

“Kenneth was incredibly helpful regarding obtaining replacement door seals for a very old Liebherr fridge/ freezer . Ultimately there were no replacements available but Kenneth’s service and advice could not be faulted.”

“Great customer service, I mistakenly thought they had sent me the wrong part and they were quick to offer to send the right one again and a label for return of the "wrong one". Although it was my error, it shows how helpful they were and how willing they are to try to help if there is a problem. Cannot fault their helpful customer services.”

“I contacted the guys at Whitegoods after seeing their offer on line to attempt to source spare parts. I was particularly impressed as they gave a prompt response that although initially was unsuccessful they did recommend a competitor who may be able to help. A few days later they re contacted me having located one of the parts I needed providing a link to order it too even though it was not a white goods part! I was very impressed and most grateful as my own attempts had drawn a blank!”
