I ordered my flask and kids pre-order flask on 10th August. I understood that the pre-order would not arrive until October but I missed the small print detailing that orders are bulked together so I wouldn’t get my own flask until then either - no matter. However I keep receiving emails telling me that my order is further delayed again and again, so I’ll be lucky to get it before Christmas - not only that but I am now being emailed to tell me that I ‘should have had a chance to use (my) flask by now’ and being asked to give a review! Of what?! Nearly 4 months after ordering and still no sign of either flask.

I have been asked to leave a review for products I am yet to receive. I am utterly disappointed and cannot possibly recommend this brand, or product as I am yet to lay my hands on it.

Bought it months ago and they've moved the date of dispatch 3 times and the the latest is next year!

Doesn't work at all. Food freezing cold by lunchtime. Even the nice colours don't make up for my cold lunch

Bought the food flask, it literally doesn't work. Food is cold within 2 hours. Contacted Sho about this to try and resolve but didn't hear anything back. Really disappointed.

Very very disappointed with the fact that the flasks don’t close. I ordered two different flasks, both have lids which do not close and are permanently open which makes transporting the flasks extremely difficult. Not only is this inconvenient for avoiding spillages, the big open drinking holes in the lids let a lot of heat out and interfere with the temperature of the drink. They definitely do not keep drinks hot for as long as they say.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I used my brand new food flask yesterday for the first time and the food was barely warm despite it being piping hot when it was put into the flask 3 hours previously. I immediately emailed the company and basically all I've had ever since is delaying tactics they are not prepared to accept the product back apparently they don't accept products back it have been used but how on earth can you find out if something is faulty without using it first?? I preheated the flask as I would anyway and filled it with piping hot food and it was barely warm therefore the product must be faulty and I have already bought a replacement yet they are refusing to accept a return or even provide a prepaid label to send it back!!

I can see that we've advised you to complete our tests to determine if the Food Flask is faulty, however, you have refused to answer the required troubleshooting questions so we're unable to proceed any further with this. I have had several problems with my two bottles and one cup with the paining coming off, odour and design for the bigger ones, made my polite and friendly feedback but I only received 'The bottle may benefit from a deep clean' message a few times. Not at all understanding and helpful.

Awaiting response at the moment. Really very disappointed - opened flask at lunchtime and the hot soup is put in first thing was stone cold. Hoping I suppose it’s a dud and that a functional replacement will be sent ASAP…

My husband needed a soup flask for work in the winter, I bought one of these in June and he 1st used it yesterday. The soup that went in was piping hot yet 4 hours later when he went to have it it was only luke warm! Very disappointed as not cheap and would definitely not recommend
