There is nowhere very clear to add any of the discount codes. It is offputting when I’m shopping I don’t want to get to the end and pop in my details and not get my discount. Be better if you change the checkout process

Hi George, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, we're unable to change the checkout process we use the eCommerce platform Shopify to process our orders and this is the way their system works. Apologies for this. For reference, you can find the discount box just before going through to entering your shipping details. If you're on a mobile/tablet then this can be found under the 'show order summary' drop down menu :) Best wishes, Ellie

There are many companies offering bottles like this. I would advise you try one of those instead as the customer service at SHO is appalling. They call themselves “Customer Happiness Officers” but customers are left anything but happy. Having bought several bottles from them before I can say the product is good but nothing that is any different from any other identical bottle from other companies. I’d review my most recent order but I’m still waiting for it to turn up. It is 7th January and it was ordered well before Christmas on a “guaranteed for Christmas delivery”. SHO dispatched it on time but Royal Mail lost it. Everyone on at SHO went on holiday in the days before Christmas and no one was manning the emails to ensure customers got their guaranteed for Christmas orders. They eventually come back online in the new year, and reply asking me to confirm my address and suggesting I contact Royal Mail even though they are the ones who should be doing that. I confirm my address and assure them I need the bottle another day passes. They respond asking me if I want a refund or a bottle. I reply saying I just told you I need the bottle how much longer is this going to go on for? Another day passes, they reply asking me to confirm my address. I reply reminding them I haven’t moved house since they last asked me to confirm my address. Here I am waiting for more days to pass before they decide to dispatch me the item. Ridiculous. It’s a saturated market, choose somewhere else for your bottle needs.

Hello there, Thanks for your review. I can see from your emails that your original order was lost in transit just before Christmas (your tracking is still states that this is at the PSC Atherstone Royal Mail depo to this day) and I do apologise for this. We were closed over Christmas so we weren't available at the time of your email to sort this immediate but we got back to you on the morning of our return on the 4th January. We did dispatch your order on time for a pre-Christmas delivery and it would have reached you in time had it not gone missing. We do have to ask you to confirm some details before we can issue a replacement and I can see that we offered to have the replacement sent out to an alternative address just in case there was an issue with your original one (or maybe there were delays in your local area). I can see that this was resolved and a replacement was sent out to your original delivery address. I hope the recipient of the bottle is getting on well with it. Best wishes, Ellie

Very disappointed I didn't realise you couldn't close it. not ideal for walking around with or driving with because of spilage.

I give 5 stars for the bottle type flasks However, the pacto and flexi I have recently purchased are useless as they have holes to drink out of that can not be closed so basically no good for any type of travel/transport unless you hold it constantly or sit at a desk then don't buy

I shopped after hearing Black Friday deal but forgot to apply the code so I had to pay full price. A reminder at the final screen to apply the code would have been nice. Instead I payed full price and only realised after the payment.

Really disappointed with my cup. It doesn't have a closure at the top which wasn't obvious before buying, which means I can't carry it in my bag. It often leaks when I'm trying to drink from it in the house.

delays in shipping....contacted them and was told it would be sent that day and still wasn't. Reading facebook reviews clear the stat on hereof 99% on-time deliveries is clearly fabricated.

I ordered one of their flasks and really liked it so went to order another along with two Pacto cups. I noticed straight after ordering that the new flexi had come out which I'd prefer over the pacto so I contacted them within an hour after ordered to see if I could change them. They said yes, so I was happy. I then went away for work so wasn't able to check my emails. When I returned I'd noticed they'd asked if it was both the pantos I wanted changing or just the one. As I'd been away and nor seen it. They decided to send BOTH as pantos. When I asked why they proceeded to get very argumentative saying they didn't know and make me feel like it was my fault. I stated quite clearly my wishes and even if was unclear if only one of them or both they still should have changed at least one of them but chose not to. The argumentative nature of their company left me feeling so awful that it's put me off ever buying from them again. If they'd just wanted to help put it right like most companies would we could have dealt with it. So stars are down to how they dealt with the problem and not the actual products.

Unfortunately, you did not confirm what you'd like to change until 4 days after we emailed you so your order was automatically processed. As stated in our FAQs, we cannot always guarantee that we can change items on an order so we do advise that you choose your items carefully and check your order summary before confirming your order to avoid any disappointment. Customer service non existent i the mug I purchased was fine but it wasn't what I wanted my mistake I thought it was a travel mug sent off an email and heard nothing back

If you read the recent reviews it's obvious that something is going seriously wrong with this company and their supply chain that they need to sort out. And they need to apologise properly to customers that are getting let down again and again. I placed an order on 21st October, for two items. One was in stock the other on back order. I accepted the fact that they wouldn't send them until both items were in, though I think this is pretty poor practice, particularly when you take into account the fact that they take your money when you place the order, rather than when they ship. The date I was given was 15th November. Then almost immediately I get an email with tracking information for Royal Mail, indicating it has been dispatched. Great, I think! But no, they just generate the shipping label when the item is ordered then give you tracking info then, rather than when it's shipped. Pointless, misleading and downright annoying. Sort your system out! Next I get an email on 16th November (so after it was supposed to have shipped) saying there is a delay. and they will be shipping 'starting next week 23rd November'. So, since the 23rd I have been chasing this up as the tracking STILL hadn't updated. All you get it 'it should be dispatched this week' or it should be dispatched tomorrow'. Try actually checking the order and committing to a date and then actually sticking to it. What finally does it is the email I get this morning that says they can see that I placed and order with shipping due around mid/end of November. No, that is not correct - I placed the order with shipping quoted as 15th November, and they have failed repeatedly. Today I get told it has left them today but as of 10pm still no update to the tracking to indicate that this is actually correct. They seriously need to sort their supply chain, stop taking peoples' money before they actually send goods out and try actually sticking to committments Needless to say, I wouldn't order from them again if they were gold plated and hand delivered on a cushion!

Asked for a review for something still not delivered. Ordered on 12/8 and told delivery late October or early November, now told maybe by Xmas. Won’t buy from here again, if you do make sure they have it in stock because they have no clue what’s going on in their manufacturing process/ supply chain
