My partner ordered a food flask two weeks ago which was allegedly due for delivery two to three days later. Two weeks later no goods. They have her money and have not resolved the matter yet. We are unable to call them and they have now said do not email us again or it will be put to the back of a queue! If the review ratings gave a negative option we would tick that box. Surely someone in "customer services" could sort this debacle out soon or just refund us and we will go elsewhere.

I am very happy with my water flask, I am disappointed that I was offered a straw when I purchase my water bottle but it wasn’t the right size. As a consumer if you see tHe straw offer soon after you select the water bottle you’ll think you are buying the right size straw. I have a straw that is not the right size and I have to pay for the post in order to get a refund. The size I required is not available. For me that is not a great customer service.

Terrible customer service was very disappointed, that my order took such a long time to arrive. Equally disappointing that the food flask I bought does not keep my food warm. Total waste of money. No response when Ive asked for a refund

Very disappointed that the coffee cup lid can't be closed despite there being a sticker on the lid advising how to close. Very misleading

This is a travel mug that is not leak proof?! This I do not feel is made clear at all on your website when you purchase it. I am unsure on the use of a travel mug which cannot be closed so could spill a boiling hot drink all over the place….when travelling?! Emailed customer services and got told it was effectively in the small print that it was not leak proof and to try a silicone lid for it!! Bit rich when it’s the most expensive useless travel mug I have now ever purchased Keeps the drink cold/hot but I won’t be moving or traveling anywhere with it!! Really dissatisfied with the mug and the customer service here, will not be shopping with SHO again.

It's meant to be a travel mug but theres no way to close the open mouthpiece. Waste of money I didn't have to spare even if it was half price.

i receieved my cup pretty quickly on the other hand i was very disappointed with this product, the top doesnt close which makes this product impractical! The sticker on the cup states twist to close which isnt the case * dont recommend*

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not leak proof but we are hoping to release a spill proof lid in the near future. My sister & I have bought two of the kids bottle for my children & both plastic valves have come away within a few days of having them. Not only has water poured out everywhere but wondering where the small piece of plastic has gone ins product aimed and children is shocking & dangerous. The bottles as a thermos is great but the straws are terrible and unacceptable - I would not recommend buying this product for your children.

The top can’t be closed which makes this impractical. I’ve stuck to using my Bodum cup which does close and is a better product. The fact you can’t close it wasn’t clearly advertised, had this been made known I’d never have bought it. Disappointed!

Beautiful bottles, but terrible customer service. I bought 4 bottles and 2 kids straw lids. One of the straw lids was damaged- black, dented and filled with something black 🤢 I sent photos to be told it could be replaced in October- was I happy with that? Well, not really! They could have said- if not we can give you a refund- but they seemed to think sending it 3 months later was fine. I had spent over £40. I needed straw bottles for school so the bottle alone is no good to us. It’s a £2.50 item- if they had said we will refund you and send one out when they are back in stock for the inconvenience, I would have happily carried on recommending them and bought from again! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Purchased a water bottle with straw lid. Leaked everywhere. When I complained I was advised the lids are not intended to be watertight. No idea what the point of a leaky drink bottle is. Completely unusable product.
