I rec my flash and good didn't stay hot at all,contacted customer service and they have sent me a replacement I'm hoping this one keeps the heat

if I could put no stars for this company I would not happy with how the goods arrived, 1 the plastic straps was not attach correctly, the 2 one the lid the stopper on the top is not straight, been trying to contact them via email that was a big joke. Still no idea how to return this items back to them nothing on there website, no invoice or return label in brown paper they arrived, never understand why

I sent my calix back. This does not have a sealable lid. On contacting customer services they were quick to point out the link that states this in the description of the product - despite their advertising showing a lady putting said cup in her handbag! This is fair enough but this must have been a concern for others too as they suggested that other people use a silicone lid to help with this. I then ended up having to pay postage for the return. I suggest Chilly's or Hydratem8, far superior products that do the job you want them to - and also offer NHS discount.

SHO’s product advertising and placement are great. I really wanted to buy into their products -especially when aimed at key workers like myself. I looked at several options and decided on something that I didn’t already have -a thermal cup. The images looked great and the colours vibrant. Not a single photo showed a clear hole in the top of the mug. I complained about how it was never pictured with a gaping hole in the lid and was informed it was sold as a picnic cup. I asked how they had worked out the thermal qualities of a mug that was meant to last for hours but would leak heat straight away-no answer the that one. You can’t test their science as you are unable to use it if you want to send the product back. I didn’t expect a leak proof flask but I didn’t expect the lid to have a full closure. SHO ‘s advice was try stretchy plastic over the top. The product isn’t cheap and I don’t feel that is an acceptable response. The lid should have been pictured properly and I don’t feel the product was correctly marketed. I had to pay the return postage for an item that I don’t believe was marketed honestly. They did refund the original purchase price quickly however-just not the return postage.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but put food in piping hot and it's cold 3 hours later. Disappointing. Love the colour and the fitted spork.

Can’t drink out of it as the metal is so hot! Is not sealed so not practical for an on the go job. Very disappointed.

Not worth anything like the asking price, much better cups on the market for a lot less money, serious design fault in the lid making it almost impossible to drink a hot liquid from it, reverted back to using my cup bought at ASDA costing only a few pounds

Really disappointed bought this product so. I could sit and have a cup of tea around children with out the lid spilling - if the mug has anything hot in it when you drink out of it the metal on the top burns your lips! Only good for cold drinks!

Hey there, Thanks for your review. I'm ever so sorry about any confusion caused with the Calix. Unfortunately, they are not leak proof at the moment but we are working an alternative spill proof lids and are hoping to release them soon :) We recommend leaving your hot drinks to cool before trying to drink them as due to the nature of an insulated cup, the drinks will stay at the same temperature that they are put in at for a very long time. The callax is not fit for purpose, using it for any hot drink causes blisters to your lip when you try to drink from the metal lid of the metal rimmed cup. I have contacted them for a refund but so far to no avail.

Dont be fooled by a company pretending that they supposedly have high values. Continually braking the law by advertising products that are not in stock with the aim of getting you to purchase alternatives. Blatantly lying that products have been dispatched but wont be sent for at least another month... oh... but no delay in taking the money from my account though

I purchased and it took almost three weeks to receive the item, I sent many emails to chase all of which were ignored. When I eventually received the item I had an issue with the lid getting too hot for use. I sent email after email regarding the issue and eventually received a reply advising me that I need to make the drink three hours in advance of actually wanting to drink it or make a hot drink and add cold water?!?!!? I know right! Kind of defeats the point. Any replies I received were extremely sarcastic from Emily. The last point of contact was a request for a manager to call me and guess what.........nothing! The funny part is this order was a tester to take into a board meeting with a view of ordering an huge amount but after the sarcastic and non existent replies I have taken my business elsewhere

Exceptionally poor customer service when item faulty. Has taken 7 weeks, many emails, photographs and videos to prove item was faulty and to get them to send a replacement. Will never use again due to the inconvenience
