Very bad customer service I ordered a food flask because they guaranteed 1 to 2 days delivery over 7 days and when I contacted customer service by email I got a reply saying that my inquiry would be answered in 2 to 3 working days 😢 because of this I missed my sisters birthday present 🎁 so I wouldn't use this company as they will let you down and there customer service is non existent .

The thermal cup with a metal lid will burn your lips making it had to drink on the go..... complained and was replied with a manual to make my Coffee at 63 degrees and to leave out to cool before drinking.... Looks nice but not fit for purpose.

Food Flask started to rust around screw thread after only one use! It was hand-washed as per instructions. I will be contacting SHO for a replacement as it's currently not fit for purpose or safe to use.

I am extremely disappointed with my food flask as it does not keep my food hot. I have emailed them several times, and have received feed back with suggestions. I have carried out their suggestions, but still my food does not stay hot, they even suggested I use tin foil inside the flask on top of the food. The water test revealed that water stayed hot because it was in a fully liquid format. The food test revealed solid food does hot keep hot. I am at a loss, I have a flask that does not function accordingly, I have asked for a refund and they have not given it. The flask is guaranteed for four years, nowhere does it mention you have to use tin foil or completely fill it to max. My opinion don’t,t buy.

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This is the 4th, 5th and 6th straw top we as a home have purchased from you. The initial three were with the bottles and we ended up being able to make two working lids. I decided to order some new ones due to them being a little chewed at the end. The three we have received are poor. Only one works when you pull out the spout. The other two just let air in and you need to hold the spout at an off angle to drink. I've again got two working ones using old seals from the other two we already had. I've tried pulling out the seals, refitting them but they just let air in. They just aren't fit for purpose and even though cheap at £2.50 each I'd say they are a complete waste of money. My kids find them so frustrating and when they should allow them easy access to water they end up needing us to take the lid off.

Drink stays lovely and warm. But the lid is dangerous my husband burnt his lip from using it. Put straight in the bin. Not safe to use.

JUST APPALLING, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES, WHERE IS THE POINT OF HAVING ANY BUSINESS, IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICES OVER THE TELEPHONE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING, TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. JUST STAY AWAY !.

I have a gift (SHO bottle) that doesn’t stay hot. Contacted customer services who said they cannot do anything because they need to know the address. So confused as to why they need this for a faulty BRANDED item. Disappointed as I was a BIG fan of SHO. Have so many things but this let me down as their item is clearly faulty!

Bought a SHO sports bottle (now discontinued) which after just over a year of use became unusable as the plastic strap holding the lid on split. Contacted customer services who could not provide any form of replacement as the product isn't stocked anymore and was offered a small discount code instead. Good product when it worked but very poor value for money

Don’t get me wrong, I love Sho products, I have to bottles I use regularly. I bought this product to replace an old cup of a different brand. Unfortunately I can’t seem to use this without burning either my lip or my tongue due to the hole placement. There may be a knack to it but I haven’t found it yet. Unfortunately, it looks beautiful but I can’t use it.

Mis sold a sports functionality straw lid for an original 2.0 bottle, customer service clerks all advise they knew it wouldn’t fit the size of bottle I had ordered, whilst condescendingly telling me I can send it back at my own additional cost! Still waiting for a manager to call me and discuss the issue of them taking money for products they know you can’t use but they are probably hiding behind their keyboard like their customer service representative’s, avoid, there are better companies to deal with!

If there was a choice for leaving no stars that would have been my preference. You have admitted countless times that you are aware you sold me items I could not use, whilst maintaining I can also return them at my further cost. Your customer service team are sarcastic and condescending in their communications and I’m still waiting on a call from a manager regarding my complaint!

This order has taken over 2 weeks to arrive. The excuse.. 'its engraved'.. Ive had engraved items delivered next day. No customer service, awaiting 2+ days for emails back. Product finally arrived today, DAMAGED. Would not order from these people again, spend more and go to chillys! Real shame as I like to support small businesses.

Received item Missing silicone caps and therefore water pours out the bottle with the straw lid cap Contacted the company and 12 days later no silicone caps or offer of replacement received! I have requested a return as I doubt they’ve been posted at all 12 days later!
