The product is good, however the customer service is a letdown. I bought & paid for my cup and an extra lid (for iced coffee) and immediately realised I could’ve had my cup engraved. I sent an email straight away and got an automated response that they would reply within 5 days. I was then told it was too late to add it to my order. So I decided that I would return my items when they arrived (hereby waiting ANOTHER 5 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE WITH RETURN DETAILS) and re-buy it engraved BUT I would have to pay return postage which was only just below the cost of the cup! So in a nutshell, I still have the cup (not cost effective to return it), I’m not happy with the cup (as I wanted it engraved) and I would not recommend SHO.

48 hour delivery promised. Item took 7 days. When I contacted the company to chase, I was given the excuse of ‘being busy’! An apology would have been more professional. Don’t deal with them. They want your money, not repeat custom.

I would have thought I’d have chance to give the water bottle to my daughter in time for her to use before finishing year 1 too. Unfortunately ordering a full 4 days for 48 hours delivery guarantees nothing as still not received the order. Good product awful service!

I've followed the instructions to the letter, twice ! , an piping hot food becomes luke warm after less than 4 hours. In my view, a total waste of money.

Poor customer service, delivery tool over 11 days not 2-3, the accessory I bought didn't fit the 750ml bottle - the product is good but not the other stuff...

Good products. Really Slow delivery ! Delivered wrong item took ages for the actual order which was too late for a gift . Returns you have to pay for which is shocking in my view when they made mistakes and are really slow for deliveries

It came far too late, found that it only says under the small question mark that if you want it personalized it can take longer. This should be able to see and not hidden so consequently I have a cup that has no use .I tried to cancel my order to be told I couldn't so will not be ordering anything else. Also the lid does not close so if tipped up it would leak

I'm sure the product is nice but I ordered it as a gift- in plenty of time - and when it hadn't arrived days after the expected date I emailed asking for a status update. Reply a day later said they were 'really busy' and there were delays. Product turned up too late to gift and given the email correspondence I didn't trust refund would happen so I have my (late) order waiting on a suitable gifting opportunity.

Communication is quite poor, the customer service team is very small so expect a long wait for any reply. Is there a delay in response time due to them sorting through lots of unhappy customers? I'm still waiting on a replacement bottle after the one I ordered was scratched. 24 days after they offered me a replacement I've had nothing arrive, heard nothing and not had a reply to the email I sent 5 days ago. Hopefully they will pay attention to this review, perhaps a public message will get their attention.

No actual contact number for the company when things are wrong. Paint on flask comes off after minimal use. When you email, zero response, I’m now 4 emails on and apart from ‘Ellie’ who doesn’t have a surname asking for an invoice number- sent by return- nothing. Avoid.

Orderd x2 bottles with straw lids order arrived and bottles are great but no straws where in the package, emailed and got this sorted within 4 days but when straw’s arrived they do not work,its all air and no water no matter what you do

So disappointed. 3rd time ordering and 2nd time my order has arrived incomplete sit to poor packaging. They also arrived late. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received a response to my complaint my money is still in this companies bank account and I don’t have 50% of the items. They respond quickly on Facebook but the email address is not the same story. Several items were sent in a paper bag which arrived opened. I’ve fed this back before and they are still sent in bags that just about fit the contents. If they were plastic it wouldn’t break like it does. Completely understand from a green perspective but not from a practical point of view. The times are excellent but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
