I paid £20 for a food flask and it was never delivered. So there is nothing to review.

I bought the food flask. Very disappointed with the product - doesn't keep food hot or even warm for more than two hours! Would not recommend.

Quality made and nicely finished. Doesn't keep drinks hot six hours. Looses temperature. Am I doing something wrong? Very disappointed.

I have been a customer since long time and bought couple of items last item I bought was definitely not like the previous purchases but customer service did not really help me with my issue and just send me T&C and did not accept my exchange request. The item wasn’t used I asked for the same as exchanging but poor service

First the item took ages to arrive, then the item was the wrong design, then it takes ages for a response.

Packaging tube arrived damaged. The tape securing the lid had been removed and put back, which had ripped the paper of the tube, so it looked like it had been opened previously. The bottle was for a gift. Was unfortunate that we had to remove the packaging and gave the bottle on its own, which obviously had less impact as a gift. SHO denied that the packaging damage was a problem, or that is had been created at their end. Photographs reveal the packaging at the moment it was removed from the envelope on delivery. SHO suggested that I returned it all at my own expense. Bottle had already been given as no alternative gift available. Felt shocked at the denial and uncaring attitude. Have bought previous items for gifts, however will not be doing so again.

Brought the lilac water bottle from SHO,first time buying it. Was a present for my mum however she complained the water didn’t use to stay cold and it would always be room temperature when she wanted ice cold water. It advertises ice cold water and insulation however this is not true. Wouldn’t recommend to any family or friends

Actually really disappointed. I bought a Pacto, didn’t realise that it had a sip lid and no closure. They do not sell a lid that seals the top either. I returned over a week ago and have heard nothing about refund. I have 3 other Sho items and I’m very pleased with them.

I brought the mug and food flask. The food flask jargon states the food can stay hot for 10 hours. Well I make my lunch at 8am and by 1pm it’s barely warm. Very disappointed and I am looking for another brand.

I like these products however due to double crush carpal tunnel syndrome they are painful to use. So if you desire one of these products and have this debilitating impairment do not buy!! I did email customer services however their response was useless no empathy or understanding disablism at it's best!

Well at the moment I am awaiting my actual order ….it’s very late! I ordered 9 days ago and it hasn’t arrived after assured delivery in 1-2 working days. I have emailed to chase and only had an automated reply that my query will be looked into. This for me is where I do get really irritated and frustrated with companies. You do fabulous offers that pull us in, promising prompt delivery at a great price and then it all falls by the wayside as I assume you’re unable to keep up with demand. I am super disappointed as I am a huge fan of your products but I am really annoyed to be asked to leave a review for an order I have paid for but not received or had any update on. So on this occasion I am really unhappy and dissatisfied.

Have not been able to order as web site not working log on pick item just get round circle going roundabout the time .I had ordered l item on my phone but this is doing the same now.

Really poor customer service, really slow delivery, misleading offer about speedy delivery. Asked to cancel order before order had been dispatched but they wouldn’t. Took over a week to be delivered.!

I purchased your large 1.7 litre flask and I must say it’s of very poor quality, the screw cap is rubbish and won’t seal properly and surprise surprise there is no where on your website where I can get a replacement
