Well I haven't received mine yet .I pre ordered 2 and sent a message saying I hadn't received them gave them all the details and haven't heard back poor show

I'm sorry, but asking for a review before our product has been delivered is hardly going to mean you'll get a good review. When we ordered it you suggested it would be 15th November before we could expect it, why ask for a review before that date!!

You sent me the wrong bottle, I ordered and paid for a 750ml and you sent me a 500ml… still awaiting a reply to the photo of the bottles and packing slip

Great company to deal with and the ethics of the company seem to be in the right place. But the product is really poor quality, i bought the children’s bottle with the spout, but the spout is impossible to drink through for an adult cause of the vacuum, let alone a child! Poor design

Mum bought me Calix and the lid took in water (she contacted sho they said it should not be submerged in water but sent out a new lid) been using the new lid for about 2/3 weeks it’s never been submerged in water but has also taken in water. Very disappointed as the sho original bottles are brill but has put me off buying more Sho products.

Bought my food flask for soup, I am a bricklayer so soup at lunch is so good in the winter,,,I have the soup like molten lava when it goes in my flask at 7.30,by the time lunch arrives at 12.30,look warm …disappointing is not strong enough

Very dissapponted. Have followed instructions but does not keep food warm. Bought specifically for my son and packed lunch but food cold! Certainly does not keep food warm for 10 hours. Not even 4. I have emailed Sho but have yet to have a response.

SHO Haven’t sorted a change of top for my granddaughters bottle and to send it back to SHO it will cost £3.30 as it’s a box parcel size. Not return postage label sent to help with the return. The sip lid was £3.99 hopefully this can be resolved. So customer service not great at all .

Looks great. Has a good size volume to it which is why I bought it, as It can hold two cans of soup. The problem arises around keeping the food hot which is the whole point to a flask isn’t it! I warm up my soup to boiling point then decant into the flask. Immediately you can feel the heat coming from the soup, this shouldn’t happen. The outside of the flask is very warm. 6 hours later I open the flask to Luke warm soup as the heat has leeched out during the 6 hours I’ve had it in my locker. It makes lunch very disappointing. The salt and pepper lid spoon holder is also loose when fitted thinner lid. I was looking forward to receiving this flask. Now I’m just very dissatisfied with it and won’t be using it again. I’ll go back to my stainless steel 400ml thermos which keeps my soup exceptionally hot for more than 6 hours! Funny really as that’s exactly what a flask is supposed to do. I suspect the design of the flask is the issue, and I suspect there is no inner insulation between the outer and inner shell which is causing the heat loss. I don’t recommend. Save your money.

Poor customer service. I ordered a product and because of incomplete adress, my order is now stuck at Royal mail. Couldn't track from my end. SHO support is taking more than 2days to respond to emails. Even after 20days I haven't received the product.

I am being emailed daily of great ideas of how to use my product, which was guaranteed delivery within 48 hours – which I have STILL not received after 14 days. I am now being asked to give a short review by a Customer Service team, who have failed to answer why/when my product will be delivered, or how to get a refund. Not sure what to say, the pictures looked nice online?
