I've been asked to review a bottle I waited 3 months for then never received. The order was arbitrarily cancelled but the order for an extra lid was not and customer service have not got back to me. I have a lid and no bottle after waiting 3 months. Not at all impressed, obviously.

Does not come with spill proof lid, which leaves is pretty useless as a travel cup. SHO said they are developing one for it, but the customer will no doubt have to pay additional for one of these. Avoid.

I’m really disappointed with my fortis because the lid sticks, making it impossible to unscrew. If I want to undo it I have to pour boiling water over it to expand the metal and then put on grippy rubber gloves. It’s a real shame because it really does keep hot drinks hot for hours but I’m fed up with being unable to open it when I’m in transit and desperate for a cup of tea ! It’s a shame but I have told people to order elsewhere.

I bought 2 Calix thinking I was getting a great product. I couldn't be more disappointed. First of all, the lid is made if metal, therefore gets hot very easily and burns your lips. Secondly, the opening for your lips is uncomfortable and the drink spills everywhere. And finally, the lid doesn't fit properly. I wanted to return them and they said that due to hygiene reasons, they cannot accept used products. I understand that, but I assume they sanitise all returned products. Now I'm stuck with 2 useless products. Obviously I won't be buying anything from SHO anymore. And I wouldn't recommend it enough.

Have not received my order, even through l received a Royal Mail tracking number over 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed, not happy have emailed them, but no joy.

Wish I had never wasted my money . Lid is ridiculously hot and burns your lip doesn’t even close

Purchased a Calix cup thinking it was a travel cup with a lid. Spilt hot tea over myself and my hand bag a few times. Also burnt my lips on the lid. It should state on the web page that it does not come with a sealed lid or a twisty lid. Very deceiving., should make it clearer before purchasing.

This is the worst travel cup I have ever owned. There is no seal on the lid which means whist in my bag or in the cart the hot drink jumps out of the cup and spills over, because the rim of the cup is stainless steel it gets really hot which makes it really difficult to drink out of. The cup which is a wonderful colour is to fat to fit into a regular car cup holder. Really really disappointed

One reply a day for 2 products that are missing. Been waiting over 2 weeks now for my parcel which royal mail are claiming have been delivered. Very disappointed that my money has been taken but products not delivered, especially as they're to use to take my baby out with to make up bottles.

I loved your products we have 4 for our family, one bought from a friend and a few bought as presents. HOWEVER. Since returning back to work in July last year, 3 of our SHO products can’t keep our work coffee hot longer than 3 hrs. I make it at 8am and by 10am it’s cool, I even tried using hot milk. It’s a waste of time, I have gone back to my aluminium flask i bought over 20 yrs ago. Please could you explain why this is, I want to save the planet. So why don’t they work anymore.

I had issues gaining some calix lids. It took an additional couple of weeks for them to send them out and it was constant badgering from me!
