I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews, I'm not very impressed at all and compared to other 'travel' style containers on the market, for the high price, it's really not worth it. The only positive is that it does keep drinks hot for ages but its almost too good, 2 hours after filling it with coffee I still can't drink it as it burns my mouth! The mouthpiece is clumsy and badly designed, the size and shape only allows for tiny sips. There's no lock function of any description so the lid can just be pulled off and the mouthpiece spills as it's just a open hole. It's ridiculously heavy and there's no handle. After 2 days of use I've switched back to my trusty Thermos which has handle, screw on lid, mouthpiece tab, is half the weight and less than half the price.

Terrible service. Bought a litre water bottle and was given option of adding a straw top which I purchased. Now realised top was not for the bottle I had purchased, very misleading! Also got a Fortis bottle for my coffee at work as a present. Unfortunately I cannot use it for safety reasons at work so have tried for months to order the sipper top and it is never in stock. Very disappointing. Poor customer service but wouldn’t let me put a rating.

Very disappointed. The lid isn’t sealed as there is an opening to drink from which cannot be sealed a as if it doesn’t keep the liquid warm. Basically n expensive cup. A sealed lid should be provide

Despite the website saying one timescale for delivery it was completely different and when asked about it they were defensive and refused to accept they had not put true timescales in a place a customer would see. Essentially wouldn’t have arrived in time so had to cancel.

Pacto cup - The lid is a danger to drink from. The liquid doesn't flow properly resulting in nothing.. and then a sudden gush of hot liquid that burns your lips. Very poor. No other cup I have used has this issue. It's either a manufacturing or design fault.

I was so excited about receiving my cups, I ordered 2 - when they arrived and I discovered the lid doesn't seal I was gutted. I regularly use a metal travel cup and take it everywhere with me. This is not usable at al. I have basically just paid £16 for a mug!!! I could have bought a box full for less from M&S. Very disappointed indeed. I will be trying my best to return the unopened one at the very least!

At the moment, we don't have a leak proof lid for them but we are looking to bring out a spill proof one in the near future. Brought a cup recently, was unable to use it as their is no way to shut the hole in the lid. If this is how the cup it is meant to be, how can this be safe? Not impressed that liquid can spill out so easily and have not been able to return.

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for your review! I'm not sure if it is the Pacto or the Calix that you have purchased as I am unable to locate an order for you however, the Pacto and Calix lids are not leak proof and are not advertised as being so. The Calix is designed as an on the go coffee cup similar to the ones coffee houses use that you would find on the high street. We are currently exploring other lid options for both the Pacto and Calix and we are hoping to release a spill proof lid for these in the future. Whilst it looks nice, its really not practical. The drinking hole DOES NOT SEAL therefore I consider it dangerous if knocked over while containing hot liquids. The customer support was inadequate; whilst offering a full refund as I had unused it, they would not cover the postage despite me saying it was potentially dangerous and unfit for purpose. I have previously bought 2 x SHO bottles which is was very impressed with but this experience has left me unwilling to purchase from SHO in the future :( In the end, I didn't return it but I sold it on Ebay.

Hi Martin, Thanks for your review. Returns postage isn't covered on an item that isn't faulty. The Calix is an on the go coffee cup meaning that it's not meant to be leak proof or left in a bag ect. It's no different in design to the cups you get in coffee houses (starbucks, costa etc) apart from the fact it is insulated and reusable. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Best wishes, Ellie

First the product was out of stock so was sent one from Amazon but with no closing lid . Only a sipper lid which doesn’t close so drinks leak and can’t seem to find one in the website. A cup that’s doesn’t close is useless and your company will not send me a lid

Have bought lots of Sho products and been very happy, bought these for my daughter only to find the lids dont stay on and not remotely leak proof so basically a cup with lid. Very disappointed

Ordered products as part of a birthday present arrived one month later. As they were so late I had to purchase other items after the date I had bought sho items which arrived in time for the birthday. Very disappointing service. When emailed to say do not send as was informed items were to be dispatched from their warehouse, this was not possible so it further wasted a very busy royal mail and my time. Wanted to support a small business as I have these products myself However, I would not order from here again.
