Lid didn't work, no replacement ye over 10 days, can't rate it in any other way, but put me off buying anything else tbh

I can't fault the item however customer service was poor. Advised the item was shipped and it hadn't actually been. Understandably delays occur but lack of update and repsonse has put me off buying more products

Really poor communication from this company. Delivery times have been dismal as the website informs that delivery times will be between 3-4 day. This is most definitely not the case. Disappointing

Don't bother buying the coffee mug, it doesn't have a closeable lid so your coffee can spill everywhere. The lid gets so hot you can't drink your drink with it on. I would 100% be returning but I made the mistake of getting it engraved so I can't. Absolute waste of money.

Hi Gill, Thanks for your review. We don't recommend that you use freshly boiled water if you want to drink from your Calix straight away as, due to the nature of an insulated product, this will not cool down to a perfect drinking temperature for a very long time. For a drink at immediate drinking temperature, we recommend either letting the boiling water cool before making your drink with it or leaving the lid off to allow it to cool to a more comfortable temperature before drinking it. Hi Jennifer, Thanks for your review :) I can see that you've purchased a personalised product. Please be aware that personalised items can take up to 10 working days to be completed and dispatched and then 2-3 working days to be delivered. This would have been slightly delayed due to the Bank Holiday weekend. I would love to leave a review but ordered on 1st April and still haven't received it, emailed and told they would get back to me and haven't, they have taken payment though?!
