Poor customer care. I wanted to return the item as it wasn't leak proof and it would not be possible to keep it upright all the time. I was told that return isn't reimbursed and nor do you send out return labels. Terrible customer care and misleading marketing. You should be ashamed. Targeting NHS as well. Shame on you. I'll be spreading the word.

First one I got arrived damaged had rattling noise when contacted made me do a video of rattle as evidence I had to send. Did send a replacement but like first very very slow delivery would not use again product only ok too

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it. Lid has no insulation and it burnt my lip. I wrote to customer service about it and instead of sorting it out they said I was using too hot a drink and wrote me a long email as to how I should make my drinks. Thanks for the advice. I am not having a hot drink for the first time and have used several different travel mugs before.

Bought 2 cups didn't know they did not seal, so have stained my car seat second one was only washed out but SHO refusing to refund.. Never bought a cup like this that doesn't close, very disappointed would never buy from here again. Customer Service where no help and told me it tells you on the question page it does not close!! Not the product page!! Beware before you buy people

bottle came without lid no phone number for customer service so emailed them friday today is tuesday still no response if i email again it sends my email to back of que never known customer support like it they state our satisfactoon is there 100% gaurentee well thats clearly not true wont buy again

I had the calix mug and used for my hot drinks as it kept the drinks hotter for longer however the lid wasn't very secure and when the mug tipped over the lid fell off and all the hot contents spilt everywhere, luckily not on anybody else they would of had a nasty burn. Very poor product. Would not recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could as this was never received, it was crossed off the invoice received with no explanation as to why. The order was part of a key workers promotion, if your not going to send an item or there’s been an error please be honest & admit it.

SHO can only tell you the width of the bottles the the nearest 1.4 cm (over 1/2 inch) on a standard 500ml bottle. That is a massive difference when you want to use a bottle holder.

Have tried my food flask twice & both times my food is cold when I open it for lunch, about 5 hours after making it. Don't know what I can be doing wrong.

Apparently SHO’s number one priority is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. They also say they’d appreciate if you can give them a chance to address any concerns before giving feedback. Well I’ve done that & am still not satisfied! I ordered 2 bottles one for myself & my husband. As soon as I showed my husband he told me it wouldn’t last 5 minutes. I dismissed his remark as SHO had come highly recommended. Unfortunately he was right! As we live in Suffolk it was nice to support a small local (not that far away!) business. I try to support small local businesses where I can but with SHO I’m left wondering why I bothered! I’ve been using my bottle less than 4 weeks & the paint has started to come off! I sent an email & photo. Ellie came back suggesting that I’d had it in a bag with keys. No! I’ve been working from home & avoid going out due to COVID-19. The bottle has been on the kitchen side, my desk, bedroom floor (carpet!) it’s occasionally been in a bag with a yoga blanket & eye pillow. According to Ellie “ we cannot guarantee that it will not scratch & mark at all, wear and tear is inevitable on any product over time“ obviously they can’t guarantee that, which I completely accept however Ellie has completely missed the point as I’ve had this bottle less than 4 weeks! After a few emails were she’s offered me 50% off if I buy another (I don’t think so?!) I’m now being ignored! Clearly they don’t believe in their products if they think it’s acceptable for the paint to start coming off in such a short space of time. Before this happen to my bottle I was planning to put another order in so would have been a repeat customer but clearly they’re not interested in repeat business. I’ve emailed the founder Simon & had no reply, although I may have had the wrong email address, having said that I’ve not had an email to say it wasn’t possible for it to be delivered. My only option now is to submit a section 75 claim, which is a shame as working in finance I know this will reflect badly on them. I’d also suggest that SHO provide their “Customer Happiness Officers” with some training on how to deliver excellent customer service!

Not sure about this cup as lid is not tight and I think drink will leak. Work in a school so it needs to be secure so as not burn child or spill out. Will return if necessary

I burnt my lip on the lid , the lid after 30 mins was still too hot . You cannot drink from this lid. This makes the cup not suitable for travel or on the go!
