Load makers worked out very well. They were able to show up before my deadline which was Tuesday the 28th, it is only Sunday now and my couch showed up with the driver Jesse last evening at 8:30pm. Mitchell coordinated the whole thing . I was never left in the dark . He coordinated the pick up with the seller of the couch from Facebook Marketplace and got a driver on the road to deliver only 8 hours later. The driver was great and helped het this monster off his truck and into my place. He tried to refuse the tip but I insisted as he really helped move it into the house rather than leaving in the driveway which was his only obligation. I checked next day below but this pick up and delivery happened all on the same day with no additional cost. Highly recommended. No sketchy anything. This was a blind hire and purchace Load Movers made it easy with honesty and with integrity.

Bad communication. We had to pick up my motorcycle this morning, it's 10 p.m. still nothing, no response to the message, no news. We don't know what's going on. Why didn't the carrier come? Why doesn't he respond to the message? I paid and my motorcycle is not recovered

Quick response from several couriers I used happy couriers uk a bit more expensive but worth it pleasant on time and great communication highly recommended

1.) The offers of the transporters are being deleted too fast!! One week without and Action from my side before deleting the offers is too Short! 2.) After choosing an offer and paying the requested ammount to shiply you get no confirmation for paying or booking an offer! Instead a confirmation-mail I get only more Memorys, why I dont’t choose an offer! Only after asking 1 week later for it, I get an info from shiply for succesful booking and paying! In sum it was a stressful occurence but at least everything has somehow matched!!

If an offer disappears, it’s usually because the transport provider has chosen to change or withdraw their bid, especially if it hasn’t been accepted yet.
