“National_Car_Carrier pulled the old switcheroo on me. Last night I accepted their quote of $749. This morning I got an email from them saying the new price is $1,109. When I asked them why, they said because it's an auction that they can change their agreed upon price. That a flat out scam. They should be removed from the Shiply system completely.”

Please note we do not allow couriers to charge extra on top of the quote you have accepted unless there are additional items, change of address and other things that are stated on their Terms and Conditions. The accepted price is what you are expected to pay and no more. Kindly relay this information directly to your chosen courier. “I never heard of this website until I needed to find a delivery company to bring a furniture item across several states. “Prior to this experience, I had never shipped a vehicle before so I was pleased to be kept in the loop throughout the entire process. From the time in which I accepted the bid, to the delivery of my vehicle, the team members were in constant communication around the process and my car arrived ahead of schedule.
