“I used this company to return something for my father, the courier I used has not provided the POD I need to get a refund for him, Shiply have been less than helpful in helping me get the information from a company on their site. If you want somewhere with decent customer service and a willingness to help then don't use this company. Once they've got your money you are left high and dry. I actually have no idea if the chairs I returned have even been delivered or not.......terrible service.”
