Absolute scam. Accepted a quote house move. Travelled 3 hours to be let down by the transport company. (No show with 3 different excuses). Managed to get a company to sort half the essentials but now I’m left with half of a container full which I’m still having to pay for unexpectedly around 150 miles away with no budget left. Fully appreciate it’s not Shiply that have been dishonest but they are keeping the £70 deposit for the pleasure and have completely washed their hands of the situation as it’s nothing to do with them. Would NOT recommend. Literally phone around yourself. Zero point in the service and now out of pocket.

When a booking is cancelled, our standard practice is to credit the deposit as Shiply credit, which can be used for future services. However, we understand this may not suit your current needs. Excellent delivery of a chair ( in2 pieces) from Bradford to Poole. Communication was perfect, with a 3 hour slot allocated the day before, and a 30 minute warning of arrival. The 2 personnel were most efficient, professional, and helpful. All round good job !

Site is full of cowboys posing as professional removal/transport companies. You will receive numerous bids from generic sounding named companies e.g. "Express Delivery" who claim to be able to complete your job. They will then lack the experience, expertise, punctuality, communication and all-round professionalism to actually do what they say. Shiply support is non-existent and you will not receive a timely response. They actually don't even have a phone number to call. Just hire a reputable company to move your stuff and avoid this awful service.

Shiply take a deposit amount - its actually a FINDERS FEE of roughly 45% - depending what category you list your transport job in. This literally makes the transporter work for VERY LITTLE income and Shiply get 45% ontop for doing NEXT TO NOTHING. So a £100 transport job shiply sell to you for £145. Ouch! Anything goes wrong and they try to get you to take a credit note rather than refund.... don't do it!! AWFUL company making £MILLIONS out of hard working transporters!!!

They were reasonable priced and the pickup and delivery was super fast!!! I appreciate the effort the driver made to get my RV cranked bc it has sat for over two years. If you want a guaranteed quote and delivery times, I highly recommend this company!!!!

I had a challenging destination for delivery of my motorcycle. The company responded quickly and found an appropriate transport vehicle and driver. The company contacted me promptly when they scheduled the delivery and the driver showed up within the promised window. Bike was securely stabilized in the vehicle and the crew safely unloaded the vehicle and into my possession.

Received quotes quickly and all reviews of suppliers seemed to be very good. Service from Shiply was very good but declined all due to changing means of transportation. Prices seemed competitive with alternate means the personal delivery at no costs. Thank you for you fast service and checking back. Would like use your service in future as I was completed satisfied.

This is a great resource for making smaller shipments at a reasonable price. An expanded FAQ page would be helpful as it took me a while to figure out all the steps for posting my items & timeframe (where to list item sizes, or even a full list of items for an accurate quote, for instance.)
