Background: A transport provider said they could pick it up on a certain date, then reneged after I paid the deposit. My REAL gripe is that in order to get a refund, Shiply make you fill out a customer service form requiring 'detailed answers' to get the refund you're legally obligated to receive. Just give me back the money!!

The first company I worked with was awful and was not able to get my car out despite an extended deadline. Communication was bad and the whole process was unnecesarily stressfull. The second company was supurb. They were on time and comunicative.

devis reçus rapidement avec des prix raisonnables . La couverture d’assurance complémentaire est chère mais mon assurance moto couvrait le risque en cas de dégradation. donc renseignez vous avant de payer. j

The communication was excellent . The driver was contacting me every time. When the driver arrived to pick my car up the engine didn’t start & the driver jumped the car battery & made it start. Very friendly, courteous & nice. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much to bring my car home. I really appreciate it.
