Overall it's a great service- can be challenging at times to get a fair quote (especially for quick shipments) but if you have time to spare or are flexible with the shipment- they'll beat any of the common shipping quotes (Dhl/Fedex/UPS etc).

I posted my request and got 10 offers within 1hr. .. I was very pleased withe the agency I have chosen. It was a safe and reliable agency, nice contace, help with documents and a nice shipping fee.

Very easy platform to use. I found a company that could ship my item for a reasonable price. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone that could load and unload my item because it is an irregular shape and it is very heavy. I did not have the resources to load and unload myself. Glad I found shiply. Made arranging a shipment so much easier.

The shipping company that I selected through Shiply did not hold up to their end of the contract and did not pick up my motorcycle. They refunded me the deposit that I paid to them, but Shiply has not refunded my deposit nor replied to me. So, they took my money and gave no services for it. Shipley owes me $611

Excellent service, Rohan TPD provided a fast, trouble free service. Rohan kept me updated throughout the pickup and delivery. Rohan provided a professional service. He is an extremely polite and helpful person. I would not hesitate to call on his company should I need this service again.

My complaint is with Shiply, not the contractor, who was excellent. It all started well enough – I received several quotes within a couple of hours and eventually chose one and the vehicle was moved today without incident. The invoice from Shiply was divided into two parts: a booking fee (fair enough) and a deposit, which also sounds fair enough. However, I was truly shocked to discover that the deposit does not go to the contractor but also goes to Shiply. This is grossly misleading, underhanded and probably illegal. Approximately one-third of what you pay goes to the website, which I consider to be unjustifiable and extremely unfair.

Je suis extrêmement heureuse de ma livraison, Philippe est très agréable et d'une grande aide. Très ponctuel et mes meubles sont arrivés dans un parfait état je recommande vivement ! I am extremely happy about my delivery, Philippe is really kind and helpfull. Right on time and my furtinure arrived without a scratch, I highly recommend him :)
