BEEM has helped me transport many items such as furniture, a vehicle and family heirlooms. They are reasonably priced and handled my items with care. I won't use anyone else to transport.

Shiply connected me with several offers. Once i selected one, I was billed 68 Euros for the contact. Then the supplier told me he cannot make it. But Shiply refused to reimburse the 68 Euros fees... even if no service was provided... to cut a long story short ... seek other service or you will waste your money.

When a booking is cancelled, our standard practice is to credit the deposit as Shiply credit, which can be used for future services. However, we understand this may not suit your current needs. Went through Shiply got a shipper one to five days to pick it up course it was taking a lot longer than that truck broke down one excuse after another. I don’t know how the shipping company stay in business.

I had looked at a dozen shippers before hiring Load Makers to ship my rare 1 owner low mileage motorcycle. They offered a very reasonable price and the transit time worked well for me. Leo was my transport driver and did a great job loading and securing my bike. It arrived in perfect condition in an enclosed trailer. I'm very happy with the job they did and absolutely recommend them. I'll not hesitate to use their services should I need anything shipped in the future. Thanks Leo!!!

I feel that it would be in the best interest for Shiply to collect the funds in advance and then give the clients a code to give to the shipper when the delivery arrives to prevent possible fraud between the parties. For example our shipper, that we choose, indicated to me that he had been burned several times by clients and I think that's sad. However in the meantime I wasn't feeling too comfortable paying him directly, in full, until my shipment arrived. Anyway in our case we worked things out and I would definitely use him again. He was very professional.

At the moment, payments outside of the deposit are made directly to the transport provider, but we understand how a secure payment release system could add an extra layer of protection for both parties.
