Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Anzahlung per Lastschrift. Kommunikation zum Spediteur war somit geblockt. Erst als es verbucht wurde haben wir das Konto zum kommunizieren freigeschaltet bekommen. Ist natürlich schlecht, wenn man einiges im Vorfeld klären muss.

Hallo Vom Auftrag bis zur Abbuchung dauerte viel zu lange ( 15.-22.03.2023 ) In dieser Zeit ist leider keine Absprache mit dem Transporteur möglich ! Die Ware hätte Di. schon auf dem Wege sein können ! Gruß

Overall this is a good site even though one of the carriers was a bad actor (SubjectMovers) and cost me a lot of money. I am still waiting on Shiply to give me the full contact details for my attorney on these crooks (they took at least three others from what I have seen) I would never pay anyone in advance on this site as you cannot get your money back once they have it. The company that did the job was great just not the first one I hired who took my money, made up excuses, and then disappeared.

Easy to get quotes however the courier we chose did muck us about and we had to wait weeks to have our item delivered. Also the courier was very poor at letting us know what was happening.

Vermittlung eigentlich ganz ok aber ist eben 50/50 das alles gut wird, weil man kennt den Auftragnehmer ja nicht und naja Bewertung kann man heute dazu kaufen. Aber war in diesem Fall jetzt alles gut gewesen. Und das man mit einer Kreditkarte die Vermittlungsprovision an die Plattform zahlen musste vor allem 300€!? Sehr merkwürdig und naja gegenüber dem Spediteur etwas unfair. Finde etwas viel für Vermittlung von EU Fracht. Auch keine richtige Rechnung bekommen dafür sondern Quittung nur der Zahlung.

I found a good company to do the transfer of my goods but I had problems with the chat system of Shiply because it did not always send my messages to the company. I got an automatic message that it did not send the messages because I was trying to send personal data but this was not true. Also communication with Shiply was not straightforward, it takes them two days to reply to questions.

I am neutral about Shiply. It is a platform that enables you to interact with potential carriers to move your item. I like that it automatically will mesh with an eBay purchase and even contact the seller to join a conversation you are having with the carrier. I'm not sure it has an app - all I see on Google Play Store is Shiply Business with a different logo. I don't like that it automatically gives a carrier positive feedback if the customer fails to leave feedback. This can be misleading. I also don't like that a customer can leave negative feedback without commenting on the reason - and there should be a minimum number of words needed before leaving negative feedback.
