Outstanding ehlp with an odd shipping situation - several drivers quoted immediately. The ones we chose - listed under Mills846 were fantastic. Fast, professional and great to work with, as it is the Shiply folks. When we hit a snag in Caribou - they worked with us to resolve a situation NOT of their making with complete class! I would give this service and their drivers TWO MAJOR THUMBS UP!

Don’t use these scammers . Had an antique settee stolen. Foreign looking and sounding shippers who want cash payments and obviously aren’t vetted and shiply don’t answer phone or reply to important emails asking for shippers address and details to give to police. Basically an operation that’s allowing thieves and cash laundering to occur. Avoid avoid avoid

Moved several bedroom items, chairs etc from Maryport to Burnley. Was very well looked after by Mark, the Romanian who provided excellent service.

If a driver fails to turn up for whatever reason after you've paid, it takes 48 hours for Shipley to intervene and then they only offer to credit you. In my case I had already paid for another driver for the same job via Shipley so preferred a refund. Then they make you fill out a long form to get said refund. The process is poor and designed by someone who has not considered the process from the customer's point of view.

When a booking is cancelled, our standard practice is to credit the deposit as Shiply credit, which can be used for future services. However, we understand this may not suit your current needs. On collection the courier frogmarched an old man to the bank for payment, an overpayment I may add, he didn't give a receipt. We were unaware of this and paid the full amount via a bank transfer. Express delivery in Liverpool are refusing to do anything about this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I am £60 out of pocket. Do not use them.

Pawel collected my old car from Folkestone Kent uk up to my Daughter in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 uk. He was brilliant and kept us informed at all times. I definitely will use him again. I highly recommend him. Amanda

I am so happy I stumbled upon this service. It made moving a furniture set from out of state easy. The cost was less than me renting a truck and doing it myself.

Shipped a Motorcycle with LoadMakers, the lowest bid and bike was damaged in the process. After many weeks of slow communication and Shiply passing off to LoadMakers for them to pass off to their insurance AIC, long story short, I’m left to pay the damages, no help from Shiply, LoadMakers or their insurance. Lesson learned, don’t go cheap with shippers. I cannot recommend this service if you have something of value to ship.
