“I applied for a Shepherds ISA via Topcashback which was quick and easy to do and the cash back tracked straightaway. I received my plan documents very quickly and received a nice courtesy call from the Shepherds Customer Services Team checking I was happy with everything. I'm very pleased with the service received.”

“This should have tracked at £45, but tracked at £40 instead. You're not able to make a claim if anything is incorrect, which is very frustrating and poor service!”

The letter I have just received stated I could receive Love2Shop voucher up to £30.00 but was never offered this gift when opening this new plan, also when will I received a statement regarding the Plan that is now completed.
