“As a past member of Shepherds Friendly, though with a gap of some decades until very recently, I was delighted to find that the friendly, personal approach has not been lost to business modernisation. It was easy to contact helpful and informed people by email and phone (without having to wait for ages, choose options, or listen to repetitive tunes!), and my ISA was set up quickly, efficiently and painlessly - and as a product looks pretty good too, just keep those bonuses rolling!
