“The process itself was simple and easy to follow. I am unsure of how to claim the free shopping voucher advertised in the Bounty app where we first found out about the account as it doesn't seem to mention it in any of the paperwork. Apart from that, I'm extremely pleased with the speed of the account being set up and the ability to top up online.”

“Very easy to set up. No hassle at all. Admittedly I did email them with a query which I haven't received a response for but given the circumstances, delays are expected. Once open, dashboard easy and simple to use”
