“I recently had a Home report produced by Shepherd's and all was undertaken very promptly. I did have one question regarding the requirement for an EWS1 form which was also addressed at the right level of detail very promptly.”

“Some of the wording in report was quite negative and severe. After email sent to Sheperds this was ammended. Unfortunately this did add unnecessary stress at a very stressful time.”

“As older people we found the online form difficult to send. It would have been easier to fill in a paper copy while the survey was being done. The surveyor was polite and efficient. I would recommend this company”
