“The name says it all, "Friendly". Our dealings with Sheffield have, to date been by telephone. (we have yet to master the "online" side, but we'll get there) and everyone we have spoken to has been most helpful and friendly. Our recent dealings have included our internet problems (age related!) and have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, including a personal e.mail from Jenna. We have always been more than happy with their products, which compare very favourably with others on the market. Many thanks to all at Sheffield Mutual.”

“Spoke to Sam today about investing. He was patient explained what I would need to do to invest again in a way I understood. 10/10 Sam. As with previous dealings with Sheffield Mutual I feel the staff are there to help rather than a sales pitch. I feel confident to deal with Sheffield Mutual again. Oh and the phone was answered promptly which is such a refreshing change!”
