“I had a phone call with Emily in order to set up a savings plan with Sheffield Mutual. Emily phoned exactly when she had said she would and explained everything very clearly to me. “It was a pleasure to be dealt with by Emily the other day, she speaks so clearly with a down to earth and positive attitude. She was helpful without being overpowering. To me that is so important, as I hate being drawn into sales patter. Emily seemed happy to answer all my concerns and questions and I feel she is an Ambassador for Sheffield Mutual. “During a recent visit to Wortley Hall I had a chat with two representatives of Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society at the stall they were staffing. Both were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The following day I phoned their office and was dealt with promptly. I cannot fault my experience with Sheffield Mutual.”
