“We talked to an advisor ( Megan Batty) regarding a 10 year Tax Exempt policy- incidentally, what a great idea ! She made everything crystal clear and we are very happy to recommend the Society and Megan. This product is perfect for small savers and TAX FREE !”

“Spoke to Megan on the phone yesterday, she was very helpful and polite and was happy to answer my questions regarding taking out a new policy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sheffield Mutual, great customer service and nice to straight away talk to a person not an automated robot.”

“I recently took a new investment policy. The whole process was smooth and very efficient. I do however believe, some of the documents could have been sent together as to save the environment, etc. I look forward to hearing from Sheffield Mutual FS keeping me fully informed of other services and products and I do hope that my loyalty to Sheffield will not be taken for granted as often is the case, by many financial type of organisations where new customers are better rewarded.”

“Paul Cottenham went above and beyond to source information for a new investment that’s not straightforward. Wonderful to speak to a human and someone who genuinely wanted to help and rang back (twice) when promised. A refreshing change and a company I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending - totally 5 gold stars”

“They are always courteous and helpful on the phone and follow up speedily on queries. I chose Sheffield Mutual because they are a local ethical savings company. It is important to me that any savings I have are not invested in fossil fuel and other companies damaging our planet or in the arms trade.”
