Dawn, Sue and Bev are fully aware of my circumstances and always very caring and helpful when I make enquires and prompt to deal with my financial requests. It is very reassuring and much appreciated to have such a personalised service when dealing with a close relatives illness and ongoing care.
I agree with comments below the telephone is answered promptly and all staff are friendly and helpful.
