I bought a 6x12 shed the felt was meant to be a 6x12 roll but only give me a 6x6 roll of felt so half of my shed roof isnt waterproof, ive been messaging and messaging this company and ive had nothing but a email telling me too wait wich ive waited patiently this is the 3rd time ive woke up and had to go dry the inside of my shed as water is dripping through. this company is not looking to fix this problem so id avise people to look else where if they want a long lasting shed with a complete roof and no problems the way ive just been left is unprofessional and an outrage

Bad experience with this company Bad experience with this company - Like others have said impossible to get through to them on the phone and to add to that spending endless minutes on hold just to listen to a recorded message that ends without warning and hangs up the call, that when called from a mobile can cost you up to .35 per minute!! When I did get though nothing came to a promise of a call back to resolve an issue came to nothing. We all know that the Covid situation is making things hard...... but these seem to be using there mention of it in their recorded phone system and on their web site as an excuse!! They have always had problems with their phones!! Look at reviews from a little while back, pre Covid phone calls and emails not answered has been an issue for some time. Recorded message states that because of "Covid" there busy and that they don't have enough phone capacity..... They need more staff, more and better phone lines. sheds.co.uk part of the sixty group of companies turn out the be nothing more than resellers for another supplier with another company apparently doing the delivery. In all my online purchases this has to be the worst I have ever dealt with they need some training to go with there statements that they have great customer services- Certainly not my experience. As another reviewer has said better paying a little extra and sourcing from a local supplier. Over 40 phone calls with all but the one connected to a real person rather than a recorded message asking you to email them and they will try and respond within 48 hours, your given a ticket reference when you email but no online support on there website where you can follow the ticket number up. I'd recommend anyone using this company to purchase to do a little searching around first.... DON'T make the same mistake I made. sheds.co.uk please feel free to contact me........ Interesting how these rating scores are calculated, lots of reviews over a short period of time bumps the scores up...... lots of reviews in the past 24 hours or so..... strange also that someone leaves a review because they work for sheds.co.uk - Surely employees shouldn't be making reviews!!!! Order has been cancelled but only by getting in touch with the other third parties that sheds.co.uk deal with, they all replied promptly with my calls and emails (Finance company, supplier and logistics) - Still nothing from sheds.co.uk or Sixty Stores . Time now to maybe battle getting some money refunded from them that they still owe. I have invited sheds.co.uk to contact me through email, this review and on another I've left elsewhere but as of yet no contact from anyone.

Awful company and rude customer service! Ordered a cover for my bench on the 28th of April and many emails going back and forth with their useless bot staff it finally gets dispatch on the 28th of may to only get delivered to the wrong address which isn't their fault granted! Rather than contact sixty stores as they take 5 plus days to reply I contacted apc courier and they confirmed they had delivered to the wrong place. They have tried to retrieve the item 4 times but with no success! I then contacted sixty stores to explain what had happened and requested a refund which 5 weeks from originally ordering I didn't think I was being unreasonable! Gemma at sixty stores emailed me to say they will refund me when the courier can retrieve the item and get it back to their warehouse......if the courier can't get it from the wrong address to me than how can they get it back to sixty stores?! I shared this concern with Gemma but she decided not to bother emailing me back! So in a nutshell, they're holding my money to Ransome due to the courier they contracted and their terrible customer service! The cover only cost £20 but now out of principle I will be contacting citizens advice. Avoid this company at all cost.

DO NO BUY A SHED FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a shed on 05/04/2020, it was eventually delivered on 15/05/2020 and was damaged in several places. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos - yet I am still battling to return the shed. The email communication from the company is confused, repetitive and vague. They have breached their own returns policy and it is very apparent that I am not going to get this shed collected nor refunded, without invoking s.75 through my bank.

Ordered 9 panels costing over 600 pounds, not 14 to 28 days delivery but 14to 28 working days delivery, over that now and still no panels. Today I Am on attempt 27 ringing not even answered the phone. Have sent e mails, no response, DO NOT entertain buying anything from this company, complete garbage, I now have to go down the legal route to get my money back, watch out for them on The Sheriffs are Coming on TV.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - my item arrived damaged in many areas and was of very poor construction - who sends items out like this is there any quaility control in this company? I have sent 5 days trying to contact Sheds UK as part of Sixty but had no response to either calls (no one answers) or emails (promise of response within 2 days - HA! no chance). Very disappointed as want to return the faulty goods and my money back. AVOID! I would give 0 stars if I could

DO NOT USE Iv given 1 stare as there isn’t any thing for —******* do not trust this company I would never give them another £ ordered then there’s extra floor supports that was to be added by us when we paid for this then the shed didn’t Measure to size also looks more like a cheap 2nd shed I would never use again or recommend customer customer service will not even call you when you ask also then banned me fro there face book page was of my time be aware

I ordered an 8 X 6 ft shiplap shed for my son for his garden, the delivery date was put back a day, perfectly acceptable, however when the MGP driver arrived, he refused to take the parts to my sons garden and said it would drop them off on the front lawn which is NOT acceptable, even though my son offered to help. I am now in the Process of cancelling this order.

Placed order, no receipt or confirmation of delivery. Persistent emails no replies, awaiting process to have bank reimburse will never shop with this co pant again. No excuse for lack of communication !

Incorrect shed delivered. The damaged shed left outside my garden gate. Requested shed to be collected and return the £254.00 I paid. Over two weeks and still no collection or refund. Sheds.co.uk have not even bothered to contact me!Do not purchase.

Ordered a shed 6 × 4 on 6th May and NO communication from this company. Quick enough to take my money and still NO shed. This is sickening and if no product soon i will be going to small claim court. Avoid this company Sheds.co.uk /Sixty.co.uk or any other name they go under.

Ordered a shed at the end of April with a 1 week delivery time. 2 weeks later emailed asking for update. Couldn’t get through on the phone. No answer via email. Emailed a week later and receive reply saying they will contact the manufacturer. Just received an email 5 weeks after original order saying the shed is not possible to deliver. No apology and no refund yet. Livid.

I bought a Avon 3.5m x 2.4m Hereford Log Cabin from Sheds over Two years ago for £1600 and this was as I found out was sourced from Mercia group , I have now put my hands in despair as the cabin sides are splitting there are gaps where the wood has shrunk and bilges on the roof where the tongue and groove has buckled this now means any water can enter the cabin I have maintained the cabin for over two years painting the outside for protection I have never seen a wood building behave so poorly and after further thought I contacted Mercia direct and sent photographs and explained the problems , the response from a company of their aren’t standing was appalling , so I am advising anyone thinking of buying this cabin via sheds is DONT it is a lot of money for poor quality

Ordered on beginning of may . Shed cane beginning of June a few days later than promised and was damaged. Still trying to talk to someone but lines are busy. Must have a lot of unhappy customers.. totally unhappy.

I very rarely write reviews but do not want anyone else to waste their money on this company. I wish that we had read some reviews before our purchase and then we would have gone elsewhere. We ordered a wooden greenhouse in March. We paid to have our old greenhouse dismantled and taken away too. The two guys arrived and were not fully aware that they were taking apart our old greenhouse and didn’t have the correct tools. We provided tools and they then only partly dismantled it and left it in a heap on our lawn - they were unable to take it away as they had the wrong type of vehicle! Someone else would do this - this never happened so we had to move it and get rid of it ourselves. The new greenhouse has not been put together correctly, gaps between sections which let in rain, very shoddy work, in my opinion. Despite many attempts to contact them by phone with no luck have sent several emails with photos and videos of rain coming in. Problems still not resolved. Their customer service is a waste of time. I want a refund and will pursue this matter till I get it. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I for one would never leave a bad review unless I feel it is warranted but clearly here it is, I had no issues with the order and my shed actually arrived on time surprisingly after reading all the reviews. On unpacking I went to assemble the summer house and noticed that several parts of the summer house were out of line It would seem like the shed has been put together in about two minutes (very poor workmanship) , there are nails sticking through bits of the supporting wood and due to that it has actually cracked the wood, The window frame has actually curved around where a nail has been put between the frame of the window and the actual framework. There are many other faults probably too many to list. I emailed on the day I received the summer house and I received an email from the manufacturer of the shed asking what the problem was so I sent them the same photos that I sent to sheds.co.uk. I was then told that is was just a "few nails missing" when clearly that was not the problem I reported. I then e mailed and asked both Sheds.co.uk & the manufacturer to come and collect the Summer House and give me a full refund and I have heard nothing I have also tried to phone on numerous occasions and cannot get through. Extremely Poor Customer Service.

Purchased bin storage on 17th May but heard nothing. Tried to contact heard nothing. Very poor service and still don’t know whether I’ll receive the goods. Will be pursuing legally if company does not contact me within the next few days.

First of all I'm not one to write reviews. I mean this is bad, really bad. It's unfortunate that this company is greedy and essentially scamming people over a very tough period for most. It seems that instead of closing down temporarily or at the very least scaling down operations in order to comfortably manage with the growing demand, they're still taking orders, not providing, taking hundreds or thousands of pounds and then leaving customers completely in the dark. Here is my advice if you are about to buy - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Hopefully you're more sensible than I was and actually read reviews before buying. Just a quick overview of my experience. I purchased a metal shed from Sheds.co.uk back on the 5th May, at the time it stated 14 days delivery and that I will receive a notified sms message giving me a designated delivery slot/date/time. As soon as I placed the order and my money was taken I didn't receive an email or text or anything. After sending numerous emails and calling sheds.co.uk or sixty stores who are the umbrella company, I received no reply. The phone line just doesn't work and Im assuming they have thousands and thousands of emails regarding orders which they're ignoring. After investigating the website, the only point of contact was the manufacturer directly. After calling them and being placed on hold for an hour. It turns out they received my order on the 14th May and this product has been out of stock and there is no date or status of when it will be back in Stock. According to the guy on the phone at Rowlinsons, sheds.co.uk are a complete shambles and I need to contact them to cancel my order. However guess what they don't respond so I can't cancel my order. This is the case for hundreds of customers, they literally have no back end company organisation and are scamming people flat out. The company is a dropshipping store, meaning they don't hold any of the stock. Instead you place an order with them and they send the order off to the manufacturer and gain a markup of the cost of the shed. The problem with this is that they have no real understanding of what stock is available and how these manufacturers will deliver. They only care about quick cash and leaving customers waiting, companies like this are all front end and no back end organisation. Please avoid at all costs - if sheds.co.uk or sixty stores wish to reach out my order number is - S-00110785 All I want is a refund and to never hear from your excuse of a company again

Very poor quality shed and zero after sales care - be warned, once they have your money they will not return calls or emails. My shed arrived and firstly had no windows so they had to re-send those and then once built, the door and windows were too small and there were gaps in the shiplap so not weatherproof at all - In fact completely unusable. Tried to speak to customer service (by phone and email) and provided photos but not heard anything since so stuck with a very poor quality shed - so disappointing and really upset I have wasted my money with this company. Do not buy!
