“Just be careful with what you order i ordered a holt 8'x5 double door shiplap shed they were very good bye asking me if I wanted a door in the middle like my old shed. It came the lad's were very good and quick. But it's not the shiplap that I looked at on website. I have spoken to them 4 times about it and asked to see photos of the outside and inside? She even thought that i put the shed up wrong till I told her they built it. Went around shed yesterday and put sealant into some holes where knots have come. It's a strong shed with some ruff edges”

“Absolutely terrible unclear instructions Had to guess where the pieces went in the construction. It would have been so helpful if each piece was identified with a number/letter and referenced on a clear set of instructions. Very flimsy. Very disappointed No option to say when I would like delivery as stated in advertising”

“I bought this shed and foundation in order to build myself, and now it's up it does look good... BUT the experience has not been fun. There were two foundation posts missing from the delivery, not enough screws were provided, the instructions were unclear and so on. I had to buy the missing parts myself, fair enough sheds.co.uk reimbursed me but it was a lot of unnecessary hassle.”

“The actual delivery of my shed was as stated, it came on time and the delivery driver was brilliant. The shed however us something else, when it came to the point if assembly it is not as straightforward as you think, panels do not line up very well with each other and parts are warped out of shape, am not happy with the quality at all. But as we have spent two torturous days assembling it, it will just have to stay.”

“Started off well stated that I would get an email to choose a delivery time that suits. I did but this was for the paint not the shed however I wasn’t told the paint would be delivered separately. The shed arrived on a day no one was at home and 3 days earlier than desired wasn’t the end of the world but pretty poor communication all round tbh. The instructions I was send was for a smaller shed.”

“Dlivered on time, driver was most helpful , delivering to the rear of my property which is not an easy access. how ever the aftersales is not so good the information given on line is inaccurate, knowbody answers the phone and dispite leaving a message ' No Return Call'”

“I actually found the site very frustrating. I was accessing it via my mobile. It would not let me click on the shed I requested. Then gave me an option of a base to then keep kicking me out.”

“Placed order, supposed to be a 5-7 day delivery, haven't heard a peep. No way of tracking the order on the website. Communication with customers needs to be alot better.”

“Sheds a shed, this company wouldn't deliver to the island where i live which is only a 10 minute ferry and even though I was willing to pay. but will deliver to a goods yard a further hour down the road from where I have to pay further charges. Some common sense and proper customer service would not go a miss.”

“The website is fine, they acknowledge the order quickly and the staff are polite, however the delivery is poor. They give a date and approx time for delivery, the time passes without a delivery, I had to phone them and find out it is not coming today and it will be rescheduled sometime next week. A day taken off work for nothing and another day off work will have to be taken”

“I felt when I had payed my money, the she was going to turn up when it was delivered, I happened to be home the day it turned up, if I hadn't been there they'd river would have to hadcm to taken it away, on the email it said there is a listvof parts, can't find the list on the email”

“Prompt service and delivery, however, the shed is of extremely poor quality, I have spent more time putting it right so it goes together. Nothing is straight, neither the flooring or the roof go together without having to cut off excess materials. Some of the roof joists don't even match up. Not sure who makes the sheds but I would say you need staff who know what they are doing, shoddy at best, will not use again.”

“on the web site i purchase a 10ft x 5ft shed but i got a 9ft x 5ft shed for the same money. Shed Hinges are galvanised But door bolts are black . shed floor is just like pallets . ie gaps were insects can crawl through. shed door look like they been cut with Axe not a saw.”

“Unfortunately from the moment I was told by a driver 'kerbside only mate' and had to lug it all in it didn't really improve. The transport panels were double nailed in and in a classic moment i realide a slat had been nailed to one of the blocks when it snapped upon removing them. Great.. Every piece didn't fit together, all were 'slightly out' which when you tried to jigsaw the whole thing together meant nothing went well. One of the doors was too long so didn't fit in the space and I found myself trying to sand it level. Turned a simple job into a complete pain, think a few tolerance stacks and quality checks needed! Got ot functional now (just about) but would struggle to justify using the site again.”

“Very poor communication Received message at 06:41 to say that base would be delivered same day between 10:30 and 11:30. No time to arrange time off from work so had to take unpaid leave. While base was being delivered, approx 11am had another message to say that shed was being delivered same day. 15 mins later shed was delivered. Had no time to arrange for someone to help move the shed or time to find room put the shed after delivery. No notice given on delivery has now caused big problems for me and also money that I save buying shed from you I have lost in loosing wages from work.”

“The shed was delivered today, pictures were taken by the delivery guy of damage to the package and how it had broken loose if ts pallet. Various pieces are damaged. There are no fixing supplied or were missing. There is no door closure”
