“Placed order, supposed to be a 5-7 day delivery, haven't heard a peep. No way of tracking the order on the website. Communication with customers needs to be alot better.”

“Sheds a shed, this company wouldn't deliver to the island where i live which is only a 10 minute ferry and even though I was willing to pay. but will deliver to a goods yard a further hour down the road from where I have to pay further charges. Some common sense and proper customer service would not go a miss.”

“The website is fine, they acknowledge the order quickly and the staff are polite, however the delivery is poor. They give a date and approx time for delivery, the time passes without a delivery, I had to phone them and find out it is not coming today and it will be rescheduled sometime next week. A day taken off work for nothing and another day off work will have to be taken”

“I felt when I had payed my money, the she was going to turn up when it was delivered, I happened to be home the day it turned up, if I hadn't been there they'd river would have to hadcm to taken it away, on the email it said there is a listvof parts, can't find the list on the email”

“Prompt service and delivery, however, the shed is of extremely poor quality, I have spent more time putting it right so it goes together. Nothing is straight, neither the flooring or the roof go together without having to cut off excess materials. Some of the roof joists don't even match up. Not sure who makes the sheds but I would say you need staff who know what they are doing, shoddy at best, will not use again.”

“on the web site i purchase a 10ft x 5ft shed but i got a 9ft x 5ft shed for the same money. Shed Hinges are galvanised But door bolts are black . shed floor is just like pallets . ie gaps were insects can crawl through. shed door look like they been cut with Axe not a saw.”

“Unfortunately from the moment I was told by a driver 'kerbside only mate' and had to lug it all in it didn't really improve. The transport panels were double nailed in and in a classic moment i realide a slat had been nailed to one of the blocks when it snapped upon removing them. Great.. Every piece didn't fit together, all were 'slightly out' which when you tried to jigsaw the whole thing together meant nothing went well. One of the doors was too long so didn't fit in the space and I found myself trying to sand it level. Turned a simple job into a complete pain, think a few tolerance stacks and quality checks needed! Got ot functional now (just about) but would struggle to justify using the site again.”

“Very poor communication Received message at 06:41 to say that base would be delivered same day between 10:30 and 11:30. No time to arrange time off from work so had to take unpaid leave. While base was being delivered, approx 11am had another message to say that shed was being delivered same day. 15 mins later shed was delivered. Had no time to arrange for someone to help move the shed or time to find room put the shed after delivery. No notice given on delivery has now caused big problems for me and also money that I save buying shed from you I have lost in loosing wages from work.”

“The shed was delivered today, pictures were taken by the delivery guy of damage to the package and how it had broken loose if ts pallet. Various pieces are damaged. There are no fixing supplied or were missing. There is no door closure”

“Poorly constructed parts, some reject timber,some misalignment Nails sticking out nails driven too far in,large holes in boards, some tongue & groove boards barely in the groove with gaps. Mostly Easy to put together, cheaper than most .”

“Quality of my 8x10 shed not what expected, floor panel joists, some do not line up/one was slightly shorter making fixing together difficult. Flooring boards have too wide gaps which will allow small items to pass through when shed in use. Roof truss four supplied but all look the same as gable end truss, which will reduce the head hight inside?? One side panel not square neading some major adjustment to fit. Assembly instructions 8x8 generic not detailed enough ie. no referance to 100mm screws or where they are to be used. Not got around to fitting roof or roof felt but not confident all will fit.”

“Really hard to put together, took 9 hours. Everything was wrong from the base being out to the walls being warped. Not enough felt for the roof and had to go and buy more at a cost of £40. The tacks provided didnt go through the felt.Another £20 on mastic to fill all the gaps in the walls so water doesnt pour in. I complained once it was built about the quality and apparently we should have measured every part, measured the felt and the tacks and made sure everything was square and level before we built it. For this money you would have thought that was all pre done. Will never buy from Sheds.co.uk again. Terrible customer service.”

“After being told I needed to be here for delivery, I waited on for 3 days because delivery kept changing. Eventually the shed, on pallet, left in the middle of my drive. Noone knocked, or I would have asked them not to block me in. Instructions are ok, but I have been sent all the wrong screws so can't even put the shed up! It's a lovely shed but so far has been nothing but trouble.”

“I can't say I'm impressed..do I definitely won't be winning. Tried many (5) times to pay by credit card and was contacted to say I could pay by bank transfer. Not what I wanted to hear to be honest as I wanted the protection . P ayed by PayPal in the end.”
