I was very disappointed with the service from sheds.co.uk. I was in desperate need of a new shed due to existing one leaking badly, I ordered new shed with a delivery expectation of 1-2 days according to their Web page. Its been 3 days and I've now been told earliest will be Monday which will take me to nearly a week. Only comms was from me contacting company, first correspondence was today from shed.co.uk advising its been dispatched... IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE TODAY!!!

The shed was delivered with doors that don't fit. I ordered a new shed from them and it's the same again. Poor design and zero quality control of goods before the ship. AVOID.

Most pointless company going. They have too many sub-suppliers and subcontracting couriers in the chain for them to control. Never got my product and now fighting to get refunded.

On the face of it they're good value sheds but be careful, it seems you get what you pay for. We assembled the shed per (dreadful) instructions, no problem. I bought the recommended paint and applied that. However it's just not waterproof. Water just seeps through the side panels and all of the racking i bought is now mouldy. I spoke to them about it and they recommended a product - Cementone - which to be fair they agreed to pay for. I applied that but it still hasn't worked. I have a shed but anything that goes in it just gets covered in mould. Surely this isn't right? As an aside the solar light that came with it worked for approx 2 weeks and then never worked again. It was summer so didn't complain about that and by the time i did (as the nights drew in) they said it was out of warranty. Getting hold of customer services is tricky. You speak to one, then another, get asked to send photos and then no response. Then when you do finally get someone they say nothing received or they can't see anything. Took me over 6 months to get the money refunded for the Cementone which they'd offered to pay for. So don't be fooled by the price. You get a shed but chances are it won't be fit for purpose and they don't really care.

Ordered a Loxley premium 10x8 reverse apex,a Lewis 10x8 turned up.was not a premium shed at all would say it is a budget shed. We had numerous calls not answered and when we did get through promised replies were not received.nails sticking through where uprights were missed,holes in numerous places.customer service is abysmal.would not recommend at all.

Great shed,quality from the supplier good but unfortunately sheds.co.uk are the middle link selling on behalf of the suppliers and have no interest in after sales within 3 months we can’t shut the doors properly and sheds.co.uk are putting this down to treating the wood(appalling)and are not interested in resolving.Very disappointed with this company.

I would rank lower than 1 star if I could. The shed was poor quality but the service was even worse. The shed had poor quality timber, doors which didnt fit and a design based on items pivoting on a screw. That would have been ok but the aftersales was rubbish. Sheds.co.uk just sent me to the manufacturer. Tha manufacturer sent me to Sheds.co.uk who said something along the lines of "you are stuck with it or you can take it all apart and ship it back to us" I initially reviewed them with 5 stars - I was suckered in by the flash website didnt realise the lack of substance. Avoid.

Very disappointed. Had ordered a parasol base which was supposedly in stock. After more than two weeks of waiting had to chase them as to where my order was and had a short reply saying out of stock so refunded. No alternative was offered. Won't be ordering from them again!

Very poor delivery service. Wasted two days of AL due to delivery of shed that was delayed twice, now due to poor weather am stranded with a half made shed. I won't be ordering from Shed co. uK ever again. When rang customer service and told of my situation. No apology was given.

The prices looked good, the products looked good but don't be fooled. The quality of the shed is very poor. I expect it to last no more than one season. The shed is covered in holes, "knot holes" apparently (The company said that was normal, but the fancy photos on their website don't show that) The panels have light coming through between them as they have not been installed properly. The roofing felt is of poor quality. The wood has lots of other imperfections and there are several nails that haven't been inserted properly which has caused more damage to the wood at critical strength areas We had an issue with the delivery driver when he was dropping off the shed. I spoke with customer services to get a refund but even though we were still within the legal cooling-off period and within the time scale set out by sheds.co.uk they wouldn't let me return the item. I am now stuck with a £330 shed that is unlikely to last more than one season and I have spent a great deal of time and money trying to rectify issues on a brand new product.

I paid extra in order to get a wood store that I could of got cheaper elsewhere. As I had a large wood order coming and needed it asap and sheds offer quickest postage. The date was chosen for delivery, however I was given an unsuitable time slot and have no facilities to store outside. I rang to change the time slot, was told they would and I'd get an update. Wait a few days and still no update. I ring again nothing had been changed and I'm now told they need to cancel and rebook to order to chan the time slot and again I was told I'd receive an update. Again I wait a number of days and yup no update at all. So again I ring and again I'm told I'll get my delivery date/time soon. Finally I get my date which is another week away! So three weeks later from the date of ordering my small back garden is now full of wood with no wood store. I wish id just ordered a cheaper priced log store from elsewhere as it would probably have arrived in the same amount of time if not earlier. I won't be ordering from sheds ever again the whole thing has been extremely disappointing.

Bought a shed, paid for installation and removal of old shed. Shed was delivered, sat in the garden for two weeks getting soaked. Kept getting either no response or fobbed off from your installation team. Emailed your head of customer service (Naomi), and asked for the shed to be collected and refund my money, by this time the shed was soaked and not fit for purpose. She arranged for the shed to be collected on the 10th of November, shed has been collected. Since she gave me the date for collection, just over a week ago I've sent emails regarding my refund. I've had no response whatsoever since I asked for refund and shed to be collected. Very unprofessional and frustrating, I want MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The shed looks NOTHING like the pictures. Parts are missing and complaints are ignored. I can’t even upload pictures on this review the only good thing was the nice delivery driver

The worst purchase I have EVER made. My shed arrived full of holes( so thin, and cheap all the knots fell out). I was told I should have treated it. I hadn’t even put it up yet!! I have 97 holes! What a load of rubbish. Busy saving for a new shed. Flimsy and cheap.. BUYER BEWARE 😡

I placed and paid for my order and selected a delivery date . My order hasn't arrived and I have tried calling several times but cannot make contact with anyone . The phone lines advise to email a help line which I have done 4 times with no reply . I am about to co tax tnt credit card to cancel the payment

I booked a removal service and they never showed up despite me being given two dates that they would. They didn't cancel and so time was wasted waiting for them each time (not to mention the fact I couldn't put the new shed up as it hadn't been removed). They then ghosted me. I sent emails asking for a new date and for refunds but had no response. They ghosted me and there was no number to ring. I had to pay for seperate removal. It was awful. AVOID
