“Not the greatest communication regarding delivery. I had to chase courier company and then shed.co.uk. Then courier advised lorry broke down so could not be delivered until day after planned. Shed arrived on tiny lorry with a tailgate that barely managed to hold pallet. Cannot believe he managed to unload it without damage. Shed well packed on pallet but soaking wet so will need to dry out fully before painting. Quality OK but poor finish around window and door panels so will need to add additional trims to finish properly. Overall, not the greatest experience .”

“The communication and solving problems from DIY sheds is great, but the way it been sent with no numbers or lettering on the panels or a correct manual for this 12x5 shed is shocking, sent with rounded screw in the packaging that held the wood together for delivery, once you figure of how it goesand put together it looks alright”

“Dlivered on time, driver was most helpful , delivering to the rear of my property which is not an easy access. how ever the aftersales is not so good the information given on line is inaccurate, knowbody answers the phone and dispite leaving a message ' No Return Call'”

“Order process was easy, but still not got shed yet, delivery date just a mystery as it stands. I mean we're south of Scotland, not in the outer Hebrides or anything like that. No idea when to expect it.”

“With the base and sides of the shed we were pleased. Easy to erect and put together with two people. We did however purchase addition screws and brackets for solid support. The 8x6 shed we ordered, i felt had a roof bracket missing as only two supplied. By adding a larger solid wood roof beam it meant we were far more confident about overall strength. The persplex for window was far too small and we are having a number of issues getting persplex to fit correctly. In saying all that we have ordered a second smaller shed 7x5 as we know what to expect now. I would say that the workbench and workshelf are excellent and give me a great working space. Out of 5 i would say 3.5 / 4”

“Think it's more couriers fault but ordered shed on Monday . It was delivered today (Thursday) so v quick . But I got notification late last night via email that it was to be delivered today with no notice and didn't get a delivery slot at all. First I knew, it was at my house when driver called me. Surely they need to allow a customer time to sort out being in . Most people work eh?”

“Pre-sales wasn't as helpful as it could have been. Installation was delayed a couple of times. The shed itself is great, though with the installation service you do need to check the pieces, which might be too much for some older folks. Sheds.co.uk appear to be brokers that juggle multiple different parts of getting a shed - one could do it by going to individual companies yourself. They sit in an odd place in the market - if you are fit and capable of assembling and treating a shed, you don't really need them as you could go straight to manufacturers or a local handy-person company, if you are, say, older, less mobile, less savvy about things etc, then the services they offer stop just short of a complete package (e.g. no painting / treatment, no guarantee regarding missing components that may require multiple installation visits, no site pre-visit). The actual shed itself though is pretty good.”

“For some reason I had a lot of difficulty trying to place an order online. Inspite of entering all details and pressing purchase I wasn't getting any confirmation that it had been processed so I didn't know if had gone through or not It also seemed impossible to get through on the phone to check. To be fair they did respond to an email within a few hours and I got it sorted the next day after ordering via a laptop rather than a tablet. Maybe that was the problem. The shed was delivered within 2 days which was great so overall I'd order from them again”

“Good service. Quick delivery BUT courier not so carefil and felt ripped and did not cover the roof. Maybe the shed manufacturer Needs to look atbthecway the felt is packed for delivery. Cleary the shed is a budget buy as the 2 rear panels were a different size and the roif panel very flimsy.”

“Bought a shed from here, first one arrived and had to be sent back due to lots of faulty boards, 2nd one isn’t much better, had to shorten the door as it was too big, some slats really thin, not really worth the money I’m afraid.”

“I found the choice of sheds to be amazing on the website but when I tried to make payment it flatly refused to accept any of the debit/credit cards I wanted to use. I phoned the company direct to pay by credit card and they couldnt get it to accept payment cards either. I ended up having to go back on the website and pay by PayPal to ensure that the delivery date I had chosen was booked .”
